Just had my second double pepperami pizza from pizza hut exeter ,the guy on the phone super polite,my pizza arrived well within the delivery window and was piping hot! Best pizza in exeter in my opinion but how I wish I could get anchovies!!, but still I'd recommend pizza hut to anybody!!

Overpriced. Extremely expensive. Prices are ridiculous when compared against the other pizza take away places. 4 medium sized pizzas came to £71!!! How is that possible?! Pizza Hut was always meant to be the family favourite - more affordable than Pizza Express or Zizzies. But now it is so much more expensive and yet is still a rather basic pizza. Will not be returning.

Went in at 23:00 the young lady was really polite and assured me that my pizza would be ready before my bus turned up. She was correct.But the pizza was absolutely amazing. Probably one of the best if not THE BEST takeaway pizza I've ever had. So fresh tasting just really 5*.

The manager showed due diligence and checked my Vegan Gluten Free pizza while it was cooking.. the pizza wasn't vegan. So made a new one which was good as I picked it on my journey home which is about 30 mile away!

Daylight robbery to charge a delivery fee.Food was “out for delivery” by 7.15pm.Rocked up @ 7.48pm, despite living less than a 5min drive away.Food turned up warm, not hot, unsurprisingly.No apology from the driver, and Customer Service response was entirely lacklustre.We knew the order would take a while from when we ordered as it was busy, but what a shambles it descended into.

Terrible customer service experience!!!!! 17/11/2022I ordered pizza deal tonight from sidwell street outlet. The driver called to find out directions which I gave him but clearly he was somehow confused or not listening or distracted. He hung up on me, I called the outlet and spoke to a person called Carmen who displayed appallingly shocking customer service1. She accused me of being rude to the delivery guy which I wasn't, she couldn't say exactly what was rude that I said to him2. Then she threatened to hang up on me because I was rude to her...apparently I was raising my voice at her. Something I could also accuse her of as she was strenuously accusing me of rudeness to the driver.3.When I told her their customer service was appalling considering her accusations and threat and not even thinking she should listen to my view she said the driver has hearing impediment and couldn't hear me and so was not comfortable to deliver to me... quickly changed the story from me being rude to the driver not feeling comfortable to deliver to me4. Probably the worst of all, when I asked for her name and she told me and I spelt it just to be sure I heard right, she burst out laughing and commented sarcastically that I got the spelling right!!! That was so disrespectful!! They totally ruined the evening for our guest who we ordered the pizza for.TBH I am actually scared of eating the pizza, how do i know she has spat on it?

Ordered a pizza only for them to have the wrong number so when they tried delivery they rang the wrong number and we were left clueless due to no tracking. This lead us to waiting an extra hour and half for pizza due to the delivery driver just moving on without delivery. When we rang toSee what the issue was poor customer service trying to blame us for their mistakes. Would not recommend

Rubbish customer service. Carmen was VERY unhelpful when we rang back to tell them that we found 2 pieces of HAIR in our food. She thought she was bigman and told us time come back to show them the hair. She got loud man and said wasnt going to send some delivery man to give us proper pizza. Do NOT order from this brain dead branch. They didn't make their pizza with effort and it was BARE dry. Also don't buy from this branch unless u want some hairy food
