Impressive array of vegan food, with friendly staff. The vegan egg is worth visiting for alone. Slightly surprised at the difference in cost for eggs royale, with the vegan salmon which is just a couple of slices of carrot. Still delicious!Vegetarian options: Vegan

Absolutely fabulous food and service. So please we found this place as vegetarians and me being gluten/dairy free. They did everything they could in customising choices, to ensure we were happy. Hayley was super friendly and accomodating. Thanks so so much and keep smiling all.

The best artisan coffee in Exeter backed by an amazing team and wonderful 19th Century indoor shopping arcade decor… and one of the seats rocks, literally.

We always look forward to going to sacred grounds, todays visit our last ! I have a gluten allergy, I made this known to the waitress & expressed this more than once. when my meal arrived it had the same bread as my husbands .. GLUTEN! - If I’d eaten it I would have been very ill. My Husband’s meal also contained a hair …. Disgusting! No one seemed to care when we pointed out these mistakes. It seems ‘sacred grounds’ need educating on allergies.

Absolute must for fresh, exciting vegan food & drinks. The poached 'egg' was a revelation!

Famous for their soft boiled 'eggs' and it's worth going for this alone. The sacred Benedict is my favourite and now there is an option for double egg which I recommend as it makes it a good sized dish. The juices are delicious also, I think I've tried them all now and they are all winners. The staff and the owners are super friendly and this place is always busy.It is located off the street in a little arcade of interesting shops so it's a nice place to be.

An absolute gem of a vegan cafe, food is natural, clean and so flavourful. No fake meats just great food. Can 100% recommend the mushrooms on sourdough with herb salad, balsamic reduction and lemon. Yum! Well worth the drive from Plymouth.
A really nice find in a quieter area of Exeter. Food is great, and the entirely vegan menu really is refreshing. Coffee was decent, with some handy suggestions and recommendations from the baristas, as to the best way to drink.Prices are rather high though, so be prepared to spend upwards of £12 on a relatively small breakfast.

Loved the decor within the cafe, the owner was so friendly and their 'eggs' of silkin tofu were a real treat, the winner was that chocolate smoothie. The person service us described the smoothie as nourishing, we were sufficiently nourished after that.

everything bland and tasteless, I'm not a vegan, but if this is vegan cuisine, I'm glad I'm not. the oat milk made my tea taste like thin porridge, soggy lifeless sourdough toast and a thick gloopy weird tasting smoothie. all unremarkable except the price....Fourteen quid for a cup of weak tee some pureed fruit and two small slices of bread. it not as if there was any expensive meat to pay for. ridiculous!

One of the best place in Exeter for gluten free options! The buckwheat waffles with peanut butter were heavenly and affordable. The smoothies are also refreshing tasty and quickly made to order by the kind staff, would definitely recommend a visit!
