Overcharged on meal deal, queried this before paying but staff couldn't tell me what the prices are or the breakdown of what I was being charged for. Had to wait until I paid and had the receipt to see.

The service was horrendous, Holly had a stinking attitude, she was very rude, and seemed to take pleasure in being as obnoxious and argumentative as possible. She refused to accept my voucher, and was insisting she was going to charge me the non voucher price while she stood there with a hand on her hip smirking.The manager was helpful and sorted it out, but I will be emailing Subway directly regarding Holly's attitude and foul manners

This place has gone downhill!I used to come here several times a week back around 2013, always great service and food.I live away now but popped in with my wife and son over the Christmas-NY period (30/12/2023) to find long wait times with a relatively short queue (circa 3-4 peeps) and 3 staff, yet a very long wait, prob around 15 mins which is ridiculous for what is supposed to be fast food.We ran into a few issues with ingredients during the “building” of the 3 subs we ordered, including no tomato sauce and no cucumber!We sat and ate in the table area, watching the queue getting longer and longer, some confusion over an online order and a delivery adding to the chaos, customers seemed to be getting frustrated with waiting times and mixed up orders from what I could see (my pics were taken before this).To be fair the food was tasty, as is the case in most Subway stores I find, but I always order the same custom sandwich so it’s my benchmark.I could moan about the parking which was busy that day, but not much they can do to resolve it so hey-ho.I get these places probably have a high staff turnover, low pay, students etc etc, but it needs sorting as people simply won’t return!

Visited today (27/12/23) at lunchtime, four people serving and first guy who took our order was abrupt and rude. Really surprised at his manner considering he is customer facing. He was coughing and clearly did not want to be there. Then girl who wrapped the subs was hand picking the paper off the sub as it had melted on!

Decent place really, was 4 trainee staff when me and my wife popped In after Xmas shopping, but the young manger on shift was on point .!

Oh em gee! that employee cory might be the best subway craftsman i have ever seen! the articulate skills he had for making such a delicious sub is truly jaw dropping and mesmerising. give this guy a pay raise and some head, he deserves it.

Awful service!! Sandwhich was the worst iv every had from there. The 2 behind the counter saw i was waiting but acted like I was invisible. Took over 15 mins to make my 1 sandwich. Very rude! Unprofessional!

Placed Oder on just eat was told 25-35 minutes one hour later this changed again to one more hour I tried to call the shop over 10 times no answer I went to cancel my Oder to read, if I cancel a refund may not be given so ended up just waiting it finally came over 2 hours later, for the just eat lady to say sorry and even she said they was not busy and was waiting over 30mins for them to make the 3 foot longs, will not Oder from them again so disappointed

Took my money and then refused to make my sandwich because I asked for cucumber instead of onions and tomatoes, I tried reasoning with him for 10 mins but he refused outright saying that the BMT comes with tomatoes and onions and I had to have that, I then had to walk out without a sandwich even though I had already paid for

Served by a very miserable chap who prepared my food whilst telling me he had tested positive for Covid and forced to work the shift that evening! He was wearing gloves, however NOT wearing a mask!Paid for my food but could not eat it after knowing this!How on earth was he allowed to work serving food! Especially with no mask!Very irresponsible. I would expect serving staff to wear a mask, even if they had a common cold! Not rocket science is it?Has put me off takeaway food for good!
