Got takeaway, three chicken strips. I think you are meant to be able to customise sauces, but I ordered at the till and wasnt asked what sauce I wanted, and got nacho cheese as default. Usually I HATE nacho cheese, so I was quite disappointed, but it was actually delicious.The order was made so quickly, I was right after a big order, and the man at the till (who was very nice), told me that there would be a long wait. And then I got my food about 2 minutes later, which was amazing. It meant I had time to catch an early train, and I really enjoyed the food.The inside eating area seems quite small, but when I went in there were lots of seat left, so I don't think it would be too much of an issue.I definitely look forward to going back

It's 15:30 on a Wednesday. It's dead right now. But Jesus one of the best crunchy wrap Supremes I've ever had. Super fast and hot too.

The food was fine and service lacked a little but the state of the place was disgusting. The bathroom was horrible, looked like it had never been cleaned with stuff smeared up the walls and dirt and grime everywhere. There was rubbish all over the floor in the restaurant and the tables dirty.

It’s genuinely incredible how a fast food company cannot process the difference between chicken and beef… my partner cannot eat red meat due to medical reasons and for the last 3 orders she has been left miserable that Taco Bell has continued to mess up her order putting beef in her food. Hire some competent staff who can read an order and get some glasses because chicken and beef are two very different things.

It was just so sad.? I was excited to try something new but the food was incredibly dry and tasteless. The amount of meat provided was pitiful considering the price and the staff member kept trying to add extras to my order. Although they were wearing gloves, they never actually took off their gloves when handling the till etc so kinda defeats the point in terms of health and safety. The quality of the wrapping/cups etc is the lowest I've ever seen in comparison to other fast food places like mcdonals. The waiting seats were dirty and we had to wait ages considering it was pretty quiet. Overall, just a really sad experience!

Paid £17. No sign of food. No staff other one lady refunding other customers. One guy in the kitchen and a young lad. Peak time on a Saturday. Ridiculous
The food was really good (yes it's fast food, but it was at the top end of fast food). The service was fine, but the restaurant wasn't the cleanest and the eat in area was tiny. However, the most important bit was that the food was good!

My experience was horrible I waited about at least 45 minutes to get 2 tiny churros and a drink, bad service I had to complain because of this experience and after I complained they gave the food to me five minutes after. The food wasn't good, the caramel sauce didn't stick to my churros it tasted like plastic.overall of this I think it was a terrible experience honestly would never come back!
