Paninis (2x) were burnt so sent back. No replacement as they had run out of hot food (Sunday 2pm). Gave money back. Service

Dreadful quality of tea! Ordered a pot of tea for two (expensive £6.50), observed other customers receiving bone china cups and assorted teapots so looked encouraging. Service fine arrived within 5 minutes a plated silver pot and china cups, not told where sugar located! As usual left to brew for few minutes, on pouring first cup (wife prefers weaker strength) its was barely coloured, checked pot an. d two teabags found. Left for few minutes but little improvement - eventually poured a cup before too cold but was still very weak. After pouring next cup slight improvement but now not particularly hot! Observations were, appear to have quite an assortment of teapots of differing size but larger pots either need additional teabags or change the supplier! Unlikely to return.

Reed diffusers smelt great. Fun maximalist decorations. Cuisine did not speak to Steve (but we didn't try the food)
