The young lady serving us didn't tell me and my friend which drink was which. And the toilets aren't up to the health and safety standards. The tap was falling apart and no water was coming out of the tap and no toilet roll! Disgusting! You'd think especially after COVID times everywhere would be much cleaner. Makes you think how clean the place is and the hygiene of the staff making and preparing food and drink.

It's OK but very open table layout does not offer much privacy for customers and it is not very cosy inside. Did not enjoy working here on my laptop. Better for quick coffee stops.The coffee was typical but they did not make it as hot I would have liked when asking for extra hot and I was met by some resistance for turning up the temperature which I do not typically experience at other Costas. I had to go back to request my Soya Latte to be redone.

Lady called Charlotte served me. Was so incredibly impressed with the service and the response and helpfulness regarding my nut allergy. Absolutely above and beyond, very impressed.

What a great place. The staff work as a team together and are totally on the ball. They greet the customers at the till and then the person making the drinks also makes small conversation with you. One person on the floor cleaning tables and bringing out clean crockery etc. You are an amazing team Exmouth … well done

The young lady who served me was so friendly and nice, probably the best Costa person I've experienced. Unfortnately the food was terrible. Had an egg mayo sandwich that had no mayo and no butter, it was SO dry! Should have complained but there was a queue so it was easier not to.

Even under extreme circumstances they are as professional as ever. They have some issues with faulty equipment and Internet failings but they are working above and beyond. Love the staff.. Great people
