Well this place is truly bonkers - more like a social club, complete with meat raffle on a Sunday afternoon - but we were tipped off about some elusive Verdant cans - the staff were super friendly but shocked anyone was spending £8 on a can of beer! (don't worry other drinks are much cheaper!)

Big, backstreet pub in Exmouth serving really good real ale. Had an excellent pint of Checkstone pale ale, the onsite brew. Great value at £3.20 a pint.

Sometimes after work, myself and a colleague have a pint here and it's always a lovely atmosphere and the beer is kept really well.

Lovely little pub, great drinks. Not too busy so you can usually get a game of pool too.
