It's extremely frustrating when you take home a sub and the bun is literally rock hard, and the deli meat is semi warm when the sub was not toasted or warmed up. It's frustrating because you spend almost 30 dollars for 2 subs that are not good at all.

Absolutely lovely staff, appalling management. This is the third night I've attempted to get a salad - the first two nights they had to close 20 mins early, the third there weren't boxes available for the salads. The staff seem embarrassed, as though they're having to go above and beyond to serve their customers.

Terrible, already stopped serving 15 mins before closing. If you're going to close earlier than stated, at least lock the door.

Maddy served me this morning at Exmouth branch she was 5 star +++She was so patient explaining all the breakfast options was helpful on choices Totally professional friendly helpful I'm disabled with a walker she was so patient and kind x ? will definitely return breakfast was amazing such good value . Leila was so accommodating from the minute we walked in, explained all the things they were missing and still continued the best things available. Also a really really friendly face and definitely deserves some sort of pay rise because she was amazing !!

Has to be the worst subway in the uk. Either the training is poor or the staff just don't care. I stood there and watched the woman cut my meatball sub then with the same knife cut a vegan sub. No gloves or hats on the floor was disgusting and the Bread is always rock hard

Ordered three large meals, were delivered in good time. No complaints about the delivery.More than a few complaints about the order. Of the three meals, only got 2 drinks. Of the two drinks delivered, only one was correct.Of the three sides, two were correct. One was entirely wrong. Of the three treats, two were wrong.Of the three sandwiches, three were wrong either partially or entirely, and were all sloppily made.I don't expect perfection but accuracy would be nice.

Absolutely awful, everytime we order from here things are either missing, completely wrong or soggy and cold and most of the time it’s a case of all of these issues at once. Truly awful service from subway, can’t even blame the delivery services for it because there’s never issues with the other takeaway places. Absolutely no excuse for the poor service provided everytime by this store.

Me and my partner had lunch here. I got the Italian bmt and he got the tuna sandwich. He also got meatballs and cheese bites.Since last night we have been feeling unwell and keep going to the bathroom with a really bad tummy ache.Never eating here again.If I could give 0 stars I would!!!Unbelievable!Not to mention terrible service!She was only wearing one glove and she didn’t once wash her hands before TOUCHING OUR FOOD WITH HER BARE HAND!

Terrible service,waited 20mins and no interaction. Surely atlunch time more than 1 person serving at a snails pace! Left in the end with a very disappointed child.

We were on a training camp with our boxers attending a boxing club alongside Royal Marines in Exmouth. After the challenging sparring we voted for a take-away pit-stop, Subway was the number 1 choice. Great place for a quick pit-stop, very helpful staff and everything was customer centred. Bravo Team Subway!

Got our order wrong. Turned up stone cold. And received 6 bites instead of 9. Rang store and refused to rectify issue. Poor service and poor customer service

We went there for a snack with our son who we hadn’t seen for 2 years. Dan was ok about us sitting and talking as I couldn’t walk around due to bad knee, so Was nice to be able to stay somewhere Thankyou Dan.
