I am fed up with just 3 manned checkouts in the store. I cannot believe it is so viable to have people floating around sorting out self scanning. You used to have a rapid checkout which was brilliant. Ah well back to Lidl and Aldi.

They don't give you refunds for stuff that don't come 3 hours ago I asked for a refund for 2 packs of dog food which cost £17.55 each and they immediately refused it so that's £35 down the drain.

Excellent customer service throughout from both store and delivery team. Affordable prices with Aldi and Lidl price match. Be back soon for delivery service and in-store shopping experience. Been visiting this store since 2008.
Self service staff refuse to help and not trained properly. Customer service desk lady 'Dawn' extremely rude and unhappy in her role telling people she wants to walk out and telling customers not to return. Rude unhelpful customer service overall. They don't honor vouchers either nor refund the way you paid! Took ages to deal with an issue and refused to resolve it satisfactory. Manager was pleasant but supports her rude unhappy staff not customers. Will never return and have uninstalled the Asda delivery app and will never shop with Asda again. Your loss. Customers have a lot of choice and won't choose rudeness and your high prices!
