We came here for our first time as a date night before the cinema. We had a lovely warm welcome. The restaurant look amazing! Very modern and clean, with great atmosphere. We were running a bit late but called to advise the staff and they was amazing, we was in and out within an hour. Beautiful drinks, starters very good portion and mains was outstanding. Wonderful food and good value. The staff made everything even better, very attentive and friendly. We will be back thank you

Me and my husband had a lovely time in this restaurant. It was our second time after a while. We decided to have the £10 offer for the main menu and we were not disappointed with our choices. My Vegetable Tagine and the Pork Medallions my husband had was just delicious. Great food for good price. We will definitely come back to try the other options. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable as well.. xxx

The Server Gordy was brilliant, made us feel comfortable and was excellent at advising on the menu and drinks, a real asset to this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was very very good indeed and the overall price was excellent. We will certainly be back. Our visit was about as perfect as you can hope for. Love the fact this restaurant will proactively offer discounts to those who have the mobile phone app and offer decent alternatives for dishes that are sold out.

The food was amazing, did take a while to arrive though - no issue there. The staff were very nice and the prices were reasonable. Overall a good experience and would recommend!

Visited today, and the restaurant was not busy. After taking our order, the two starters came out after about 20 minutes. However, the main courses took one hour and fifteen minutes to be served. The steaks were average, the chicken was dry, and the pork medallions were just so fatty. To my mind, medallions should be nice lean cuts. Four people then ordered coffee and four ordered suites. The coffee came out fairly swiftly, but I had to chase the suites as by this time we had been there for over 2 1/2 hours. We were sat right by the kitchen so could see everything that was going on. Nothing was done with any sense of urgency, and the chefs looked totally bored and disinterested. I've visited once before a couple of years ago and wasn't over impressed then, but today has made my mind up about future visits.

Firstly the fact this establishment has gone cashless is highly inconvenient and quite frankly absurd, cash is legal tender and you should not have the right to refuse it! I’ve had both good and bad experiences with this place, it would seem they pick and choose what and when they cook freshly. Unfortunately today my entire meal was clearly out of a microwave, I had the pork which came out in about 5 minutes. Pork is clearly precooked, sliced and microwaved in a bit of water, the green beans were clearly microwaved as wrinkled and dull (how difficult is it to use a pan of boiling water to refresh your veg!) dauphinue potatoes were basically raw (why is no one checking things!) the single slice of sausage was nice and the apples looked like they came out of a can. Poor effort from a lazy kitchen…unless this is how the chain makes them cook then that is even more shocking! This was the last chance, I won’t be back.

Lovely evening spent in this restaurant. Nice atmosphere and fabulous food. Our waiter Joshua was extremely efficient and made sure we were catered for all evening. Plenty of choice with regards to food but we decided to eat from the A La Carte menu. The Turkey roast was very tasty. My wife had the Moroccan Vegetable Tagine which she thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely go back again.

We went for our works Christmas dinner. In no particular order: * The chairs were ridiculously close together, so it was a bit of a squeeze. * We had been asked to preorder, but had to order again as they didn't have the information. * The drinks were pretty expensive. * Some of our food orders were wrong. (items asked not to be included were added) * Service was pretty slow. * Panna cotta was served on a hot plate. * We were charged for a bottle of wine we didn't order/have. * Most of the starters were disappointing. * The mash for the beef bourguignon was unpleasant. Tasted like instant mash. Randomly it came with a large carrot. * It took ages to sort out the bill. We had each paid a deposit, so that needed to be figured out. They wanted to deduct the deposit off the total, however we were paying individually so it was a bit of a faff. * I overheard a colleague speak to the manager re: the bill and he was quite rude to her. I had not been drinking, so this is coming from a non drunk perspective. They were very busy so maybe that explains some of the issues. But if you're going to squeeze a lot of people in, then be prepared to cater for that number and deliver excellent service.

Food was nice but we were rushed off our table for the next booking. We only had two courses each so I don't know how they would have managed is having three. Our table booking was 6.45pm and by 8.20 they told us they needed our table for the next booking! They had not told us in advance that this would be an issue and we were enjoying chatting and catching up over dinner and wine. We felt like they just wanted to take our money and get rid of us. I felt it was poor management, the staff seemed to be trying to be trying to be friendly but put under pressure. I won't be eating there again in hurry.

Very disappointing. I wanted to pre-order our meals but was advised, by a French speaking male, that this wasn’t necessary and there would be no problems with the order. When ordering our mains I was advised that gammon wasn’t available, one lady chose an alternative. I then asked for salmon, this was also not available!!! One of the staff then suggested I had the salmon starter and it would be ‘enhanced’. It arrived as a small portion on a bed of tomato’s, no garnish and a bowl of chips, how unimaginative. Three of the ladies had hard carrots with their roast turkey, additional portions were then provided. These ladies also requested cranberry sauce, a teaspoon was provided for each. I asked to speak to the manager several times during our meal to discuss my concerns, unfortunately he didn’t manage to make it to our table!! After a long discussion our bill was reduced by £50.00, £26.95 being the cost of my meal being removed from the bill and an additional amount. The restaurant was only two thirds full, goodness only knows how the would have coped with a full restaurant.
