“Popped in for the first time for breakfast as we were up in Plymouth. Loved the atmosphere, staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. My partner is celiac and they had a big range and nothing was too much trouble.
Dietary restrictions: My partner is celiac and had a good choice of food.”

“Just had a lovely lunch and catch up with my friend here. It’s a lovely little place, with delicious food and drinks. I tried the boyga and a totally bananas smoothie which didn’t disappoint. The hash browns are amazing!! Would highly recommend this place :) will definitely be returning soon to try more on the menu.”

“This is a long over due review as I have been meaning to comment on “The Bean” for a while now. This place rocks, not only is the menu brilliant (and mostly gluten free) but the staff are just fantastic, they’re always smiling and welcoming and have made me laugh on multiple occasions. This lovely little cafe is also extremely accommodating/accessible, the entrance is wide with a ramp and a handrail which is fantastic for disabled customers. The final gold star I have for “The Bean” is the inclusion of sanitary towels and hygiene products in the bathroom that are free to use it's so genuinely heartwarming to see.Thank you for serving me, my mum and my partner the other day, I look forward to visiting you all again!”

“Best brunch in Plymouth. I’m a brunch girl and I’ve eaten all over the world. The Harissa/ eggs and avocado was easily the best brunch I’ve had in a long time. The pancakes were a delicious treat with literally cherries on the top. Impressive menu, cool vibe (think cool art and old school chairs) and a central location. They even sell vinyl..We will be back!”

“Visited Moments Café located in middle of Plymouth City Centre, with 2 floors accessible to both wheelchair users & customers with pushchairs; front entrance with automatic double doors & lift available on left hand side. Ground floor tastefully decorated with 50's, 60's & 70's memorabilia & 1st floor with 80's, promoting great conversation.
Café has good range of hot/cold beverages & meals at reasonable costs, including vegan, vegetarian & gluten free options. All items locally sourced within Devon/Cornwall & profits donated to Memory Matters. Whatever age, young or old, there's something for everyone.
A gem of a Café, serving delicious food by friendly staff, in a well kept & clean setting, highly recommend.
This Café is no ordinary Café & offers so much more. Having had relative in family suffering Alzheimer's/vascular dementia, it's wonderful that Moments Café are dedicated to such charities as Memory Matters, as well as encouraging customers to purchase a meal & or beverage that can be donated via vouchers for those less fortunate - an excellent scheme.”

“Absolutely spanking food, cooked to order with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Best breakfast in the city without doubt and price trumps all other rated venues.
Also there's free parking around the corner just to make the visit perfect.”

“we called in for a light lunch. We had 3 truly tasty dishes, a soft ciabatta roll filled with salami, halloumi and salad, a delicious salad with shredded roast chicken and a flatbread piled with salad and halloumi. We would highly recommend this cafe. The staff are friendly and there is a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere here. We also enjoyed the chilled vibe of the music playing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
