We dined at Plymouth Barbican leisure park. Our server Mya was wonderful, she was quick to serve us, had a lovely smile the whole time and brought out food out promptly. I would be happy to come here again.

Me and my husband went here for our first night out in well over a year, thought wed treat ourselves with some Christmas money we had as a gift. Ended up with Awful service and awful food, after an hour we'd only had our starters which were tiny overpriced dried out potato skins, then when our mains were eventually brought out 20min before our cinema was due to start the waitress brought me the wrong food, were then told it would be 15min to get my correct food meaning we had to leave without eating. The meals we were brought out I had been looking at for 10min sitting under there heat lamp instead of being brought over, the reason for this was that they were solely focused on packing bag after bag for there takeaway orders. Instead of focusing on there actual customers in the restaurant it was very clearly much more important to serve there online customers, we were blatantly not the only ones waiting for there food, the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy. We were told by the waitress we'd have 30% of our drink and starters as an apology because that's all we had time to have, then she said it only applied to mains. We'll maybe if we'd actually had our mains and had the correct food they could have applied it. One staff member who I presume was a manager was very polite and apologetic letting us leave without paying anything. This was the gentleman on the door as you walked in, the other guy who was to busy packing up the delivery's I also presume was some sort of manager was not friendly, very rude didn't smile once rushing around focusing on his online orders. If this is how they want to treat there actual customers then they'll soon have all the time in the world to focus on there online orders because there restaurant will be empty.

Food was average, overpriced for what you get. Staff were amazing, a credit to the restaurant. Not somewhere I would go again as you can get much better meals elsewhere for the price they charge.

This is the most disappointing bolognaise I’ve ever been served. I would have expected to find this sauce in a poor quality frozen cottage pie. Not for this restaurant a rich tomato sauce with garlic and basil; but meat in greasy gravy with a few green flecks and some minuscule red bits. If this is “Frankie and Benny’s bolognaise” which is what I was told, then either someone in the kitchen has nicked all the tomatoes or they need to change the recipe. On a positive note, the staff were very good and removed the offending meal and didn’t charge and children were happy with their meals and drinks.

We went here for a family lunch on new years eve. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Our waitress was lovely, took our order swiftly and we didnt have to wait long fornour food to arrive. Tasty food, presented well and the milkshakes are worth trying! Delicious!

Food was very nice. Family had burgers and a vegan pizza. I had the salmon, which was cooked perfectly. It was a little noisy in the restaurant, but our server, Danny, was warm and friendly, despite it being busy. He made a nice meal an excellent experience!

We had a great lunch for our family members.we had a party of 13. We booked in short notice (the same afternoon.) we had great service, lovely food, We have been a lot of times and luckily each time we are served by Amy, nothing is to much trouble for her,she is so polite,friendly and super efficient. Amy really is an asset to this company. Thank you.

Came here because the carbonara is banging but were left waiting over an hour for starters, let alone the main course. Saw people coming in after us getting their food within 20 minutes and no one spoke to us for that solid hour. Disappointing.

Waiting staff was brilliant can't fault at all, but food was not.I asked for chips to be cooked more as was dry and just warm but chef thought he could take some off and put few hot chips on top of dry warm chips that has been cooked sat on side longer than rest of food.Cook and serve food how you want food to be cooked fresh and hotOtherwise I would have gone to McDonald's for cold tasteless food!The waitresses were fab
