A member of staff accused me of trying to take alcohol from a shelf (I’m underage) - I was just standing and looking for christmas gifts for my mother. She then repetitively asked to see my ID even though I was just staring and looking at other chocolates around the room and to top it off I had numerous staff glaring at me while I decided to make a purchase a ordinary chocolate bar.

Went into the shop today and was served by Niamh (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong!) she was so lovely, let my group try the salted caramel vodka, espresso martini, mint liquor etc which we bought because it was so yummy! She clearly has a love for the products that she sells and was so knowledgable, all whilst being the only one in the shop and serving customers at the same time! She signed us all up with membership cards. Will definitely going again and Niamh is definitely an amazing asset to the team.

Pop in there around midday on 26/6/22. Picked up some chocolate for a gift to take back since I was on holiday. The girl in there was really nice plus really attractive so made the experience better XD

WOW WOW WOW... I am sooo impressed with the quality not just of the chocolate but of the staff. Absolutely spot on. Helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. Customer for life I am now based entirely on the perfect customer service I received consistently on the three visits I made this week. I think the lady's name is Debbie - an absolute asset.

Love it .. just wish it was a bit cheaper!Great store, lots of unusual chocolate flavours, great service - the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful .. my resent acquisitions are .. raspberry and passion fruit chocs which are lovely .. and lemon drizzle and new York cheesecake batons which are glorious.
Called in the week before Christmas,as expected they were busy, knew exactly what I wanted, picked them off the shelves,paid and was out,not a problem, pleasant staff, reasonable prices!
