Waitress was really nice and accommodating. Majority of the food was really delicious but the meatballs unfortunately tasted off, had a chicken taste to them (did ask and found out they were fried in the same stuff as the chicken)
Lights above the tables are a bit blinding but otherwise lovely atmosphere/place

Our new favourite pizza place, we love it. The pizzas are delicious. Service is top notch. Takeaway pizzas too!

Its hard to quite encapsulate the dichotomy of eating in and taking away with Knead Pizza. I will try my best though.

When you're there, eating in the gorgeous building, or in the open-air courtyard, with a beautifully illustrated wine menu, looking at your lover across some low light, life feels so good. The pizza comes out looking and tasting incredible. Not a single fault with it. The underpaid staff ask “how is everything for you” just as you've scoffed a whole olive with a stone you're trying to pick clean, and you're a glass of wine down and forget about said stone “mmph vuh ghhd fankh phew”. Life is good when you eat at Knead.

Delivery, however…
Its the same pizza, tastes just as good. No complaints there. If you get the correct pizza that's the hard bit done as its a 50/50 chance of a key ingredient missing, or its straight up a different pizza. I'm veggie as well, so this can cause quite a problem when my fake meat bits are actually real. And as for the dispersal of the ingredients on the pizza? Do you remember Club Penguin’s Pizza Parlour game, Pizzatron 3000? Well I am utterly convinced this is the layout of the kitchen now. A conveyor belt of delicious sourdough pizza bases are going past the chefs as they hurriedly, as fast as their minimum wage paid hands can take them, throw the delicious toppings onto the order. And by throw I mean throw. If Im lucky enough to get the right pizza, Im half as lucky again to have the toppings on more than just a single side. And I know its not the delivery guys fault either, I can clearly see the pizza was cooked like this too…

Anyway. Eat in, is a 10/10. Take away? Its like betting all on red at roulette.

Amazing food fairly priced within a gorgeous historical building. Highly recommended.

Dietary restrictions: One of our party had a nut allergy which the serving staff were quick to acknowledge and care tend to.

We were in a real rush to eat before going to the theatre, and they accommodated us really well. They took our order straight away and then rushed it through the kitchen for us, and the pizzas were AMAZING!
We'd booked the well room but then they'd opened the courtyard and moved us into there, and it was a really beautiful place to eat.

In summary: we were awkward and demanding customers and they were absolutely brilliant about it!!
