Big macs should have their titles changed to small macs. I was disgusted at how small they were for the price. Can buy bigger and better burgers in the supermarket.

it's a McDonald's you know what your getting. No different to any off the other 1000s of them out there. Same processed food which we know we shouldn't eat. Yet some reason its still a guilty pleasure!

Every time I go to this Macdonald's:1. I'm asked to park up when I use the drive through and have to wait 10 minutes for my food.2. They always forget to put napkins in the bag.3. They mess up the order. The other day I asked for extra onions, and instead the burger had no onions.I'm not sure what's happened to this Macdonald's in the past year.

Pretty clean place. The order was received quickly. In general, everything went well.Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is wheelchair accessible. Wide doors, no thresholds and elevations. There is a toilet adapted for people with disabilities. I can't say anything about the convenience of the tables.

This place changed my life. Thank you Kasper.I have been attending this location occasionally since I was a child but even more so when I moved from Derriford to Plympton nearly 10 years ago. It has always been consistent in terms of the quality of the food at a decent level and the atmosphere is top tier in terms of the standard of a McDonalds. It doesn't feel crazy or too low of quality it's just what you pay for and expect at a fast food place.I am writing this review due to a recent experience I had at this specific McDonald's location owned by The White Rose UK Ltd. I saw that the critically acclaimed "Mr Men" franchise was arriving at McDonald's in the UK and me and my younger sister are a fan of the franchise so I knew we had to try and collect at least a few of the characters with the aim of getting a "Little Miss Sunshine" in particular as it is my nine year old's sisters favourite character and I was hoping for a "Mr Tickle" as I do enjoy the name and look of him.Anyhow at my first attempt of getting one of these character's I ended up by some luck getting "Mr Tickle" which made me quite happy as he was who I was hoping for.I went back shortly after being a few days as my friend wished to return for some premium grub. I ended up getting another Happy Meal due to wanting the toy and not being too particularly peckish. Once again unfortunately I received "Mr Tickle" once again and wanting to collect another character rather than a duplicate I asked an employee who was working on a table if he could swap my Mr Tickle character to another character who was in rotation that week.He (being Kasper) was happy and smiled and did so enthusiastically and quite fast too. He was incredibly joyful and welcoming and it just felt like a interaction I had not had at a fastfood place before.Kasper then returned with a "Little Miss Sunshine" which made me quite happy as I was able to give it to my little sister and she was able to have the character she wanted. Kasper offered this new toy or to keep my current mr tickle and did so in a very polite and kind manner which left me and my friend happy to have ate there.Thank you Kasper.

McDonald’s is pretty disgusting at the best of times, but my visit here on Saturday 17th Feb 2024, was a new low even for them. Went to the drive through, ordered, waited 10 minutes in the car park, to be provided with cold, carelessly put together, vile slop. I mean surely the fact that I waited for 10 minutes must mean it’s being cooked fresh? Everything was cold. How is that even possible? Avoid. Please avoid for your own sakes.

Lovely food & quick service. A couple of staff looked unhappy. A girl with ginger hair was crying in the eating area. A young male car orders delivery lad looked angry. Nevermind, we enjoyed our meal.
