Unfortunately they seem to be riding on previous reputation. Totally missed and forgot my app order. No apology whatsoever. Food very mediocre at quite a high price for what it is. Very poor customer service.

Ordered on the app for collection at 7.30. Waited for 45 minutes. Other people came in after me and left before. Asked for a refund but wasn't given one. The man behind the counter said it wasn't his fault and threw my order on the counter when it was finally ready. Poor service. Not impressed and won't be going back.

Ordered a delivery for the 1st time & was disappointed. The onion bhajee was slushy in the middle, poppadoms were smashed to smithereens & the zinder rice & garlic nan was tasteless, the spicy chicken was the only thing that had flavour. £40 for 2 people, would not order again.

Ordered the mixed meal for 2 and a prawn puri and chicken chatt for 4 people.Arrived in good time but the sag aloo was caught and inedible because of the burnt taste. Poppadoms came without dips and chutneys. CTM was tasty but a bit gritty (possibly dessicated coconut used rather than coconut powder). Prawn puri was also caught and not pleasant. Keema naan was really nice as was the Chicken Jal Frezi. Pilau rice was just boiled rice and quite claggy. All in all not great, sorry and nowhere near as nice as Saffron down the road (closed on a Tuesday) for £10 cheaper!
Ordered £130 delivery for 5 couples last night, half the order was missing, no popadoms or naan bread. Ate my curry without them, ruined it to be honest. I hope this is a one off.

Ordered a takeaway at 6:30pm, told it would be ready ASAP. Wasn't ready to collect until 7:30pm, was not given the food until 8:15pm. Told it was packed when it clearly wasn't. Very disappointed!!!!!

Always ordered from here and had top notch food and service although delivery times however, not so great. Tonight was terrible. Customer service especially. If you have an ordering system. Make sure it is up to standard. After being able early this evening, not long after 6 pm to book a delivery for half past 7, we had to telephone at 8.50 after seeing that our delivery was supposedly delivered at 8.30. Just to find out our food was still in the restaurant about to leave. Although the girl apologised (after being challenged on her initial response) she just couldn't understand or is that more accept and/or acknowledge that telling us our food should be around half past 9 was not acceptable, especially for us to be left waiting with no communication an hour after it had apparently been delivered which was actually 2 hours after we were expecting it. Poor show Papa Raj, customer service is key. Its great for you to be busy and surviving, but communication, communication, communication. A short wait is understandable but this evening was ridiculous. Absolutely poor show on your part tonight and reading through, it seems to be becoming a bit of a habit. I feel for the delivery drivers

Love this Indian. Easily the best in PL9! I would really love to see a good selection of vegetable dishes on the menu as this is limited. I’ve enjoyed everything they’ve ever delivered and the delivery staff are always so fabulous!Vegetarian options: I would really love to see more vegetarian options available here
