We had to be super quick as we were on our way to a show - they were really helpful and understanding. First time coming here in 10+ years and I was really impressed. Good salad, pizza and cookie dough!

Satisfactory experience, expensive for small portions, and no unlimited icecream despite paying and advertising it.Would have been helpful to know that when we ordered the kids meal… when we went just for that.Or better still when we picked up the bowl to get the icecream…..Or Evan when we he stood around and asked for another scoop?? Hard to watch his face when he didn’t understand why he couldn’t have anymore.dissapointed kids, and cheesed off parents who couldn’t plan for the sulking and whinging that then ruin my entire evening.All you needed was a sign or a server explaining when you came in? That ice cream factory is a big deal…. You have adverts for it all over the damm tables?!Probably won’t return.

Our server Maggie was fantastic! We went for buffet lunch during school holidays so it was really busy, but Maggie was so lovely and attentive.

Been twice now in the past few months to try and have a vegan pepperoni pizza, and both times they are "out of stock". Restock your vegan products please... Bet you never run out of "normal" pepperoni.

Greeted quickly by manager. Told to wait for a table despite half the restaurant being empty and plenty of staff standing around.Was seated after 10 mins standing. Manager informed us we couldnt use our guft card on the app, and had to order in person, but then didnt come over to the table to take our order.Not impressed by the service. Ive managed to write this review while I'm still waiting

My review, atmosphere one star it's a bog standard pizza hut that's in need of decoration with plaster broken off the walls where the booth table hits it, staff were very pleasant but they don't take your order anymore, you do it through a qr code on your table so that's a 3 stars . As for the food it's one star my wife ordered garlic bread and when it came the basket had old jalapenos under the lining paper. None of us had ordered jalapenos so would appear the basket was not properly cleaned. Second myself , my wife and one of the kids were ill the following morning the only thing we'd eaten that the child who did not get sick hadn't was the ice cream factory. So is this machine being cleaned out regularly or do they just keep topping it up with the whippy ice cream mix.
Thanks to Pizza hut I began mewing and it has changed my life.

Restaurant appeared to be clean enough, 'free' salad available as usual. I visited at 4pm so plenty of seating at that time. They don't accept cash for payment, but you can use the QR code on the table to order and pay which I found to be quite a smooth experience.Comparing the price to the takeaway I usually use (Dominos), I thought Pizza Hut was very expensive. For example a single meal deal in Pizza Hut is £22 for individual pizza, side & drink where Dominos is £25 for a feed the family deal.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible.

We go to a pizza hut every new year's day and because our closest one closed down we travelled quite a long way to get here.It was slightly understaffed when we arrived so we had to wait to be seated in spite of the fact alot of tables were empty. but the lady was apologetic and friendly so it didn't feel to bad.But when we got a table it was sticky and a little crumby which wasn't great.But the food was acceptable. I didn't feel there was a great selection, but what I got was tasty.
