Tried to order online but for some reason there was something wrong with the website and it asked us to call the store giving us a reference and id number . We did this and were confronted with what has to be the worst customer service ever . We explained to the assistant what happened and she very quickly gave a DEEP SIGH !!! Putting us on hold without saying she then went on to tell us their card machine was down and she couldn’t take payment over the phone . She definitely needs to do a crash course in customer service as hers was non existent!

Ran out of garlic powder? Every bloody time all our pizzas arrive without it on a regular basis eventhough we specifically chose "with garlic powder". For the second time all our pizzas (3-4 large pizzas per dilevery) arrive crushed and with the wrong toppings. 9/10 never packs the sauce whether free or if we pay for it. The pizzas are covered in oil to the point it soaks through the box in a puddle. The customer service on the phone is a joke, so rude and unhelpful. Worst PizzaHut in town, it's a shame we can't chose where to get them delivered from. None of the complaints are ever taken seriously on the phone so decided to leave the review here. Avoid this hut if possible!

Dieter is fantastic. We ordered at a time which is undesirable and turned out to be outside the catchment area despite only being a mile away. He took our order over the phone and was polite and professional throughout. The pizzas we received were fantastic and still piping hot. First time using Pizza Hut as opposed to a rival and will certainly be using them instead from now on. Dieter is an example of staff who deserve the biggest success and a true professional. Ordered the NEW beyond triple meat and cheese pizza. That is not what arrived. Phoned to complain and the man on the phone said he made it himself and added things. They sent a replacement pizza which is exactly the same as the one we complained about. They basically sent a veggie supreme with meatless chunks chucked on it. Not everyone likes Peppers. I ordered it because they weren't on it. And there was hardly any cheese on it at all. Burnt the cookie dough and didnt send the ice cream. For the amount you pay for this stuff you dont want it burned. Waste of time. Not the first time this has happened either. I wont be ordering again.
