I’ve been coming to this cafe for a number of years and today was probably the worst experience I had or have ever experienced. I tried to order at the counter as I have always done and was told that it was table service inside and I would be seen right away. 10 mins later I made eye contact with the waiting staff who were simply gas bagging behind the counter rather than attend to their customers ( it wasn’t busy ). Cake came straight away but coffee took over 12mins ( yes I timed). I watched one person make the coffee which left on the sides until someone else could be bothered to deliver to the tables. Lots of walking around by staff but not much in the way of working. Adult supervision required

A great, humble, welcoming, unfussy café with high-quality coffee! Seems like there is also a great community here. Whilst we are spoilt for choice in the city with high-coffee standards - this is our regular spot when we visit Plymouth. Highly recommended.

The food has a twist if difference and is just delicious, catering for various diets/tolerances. Great range of drinks and even better when they are right, but always good to try something different. It is a must for everyone to try.

Rockets and rascals was really enjoyable yesterday had 2 nice ? cup's of coffee ☕ and a toasted tea cake and above all they let me dogs ? in .the staff are very nice and helpful

Food is definitely my top priority and they’re superbly delicious. Plus with friendly and helpful staff I can say this is one of the best for your starving tummy in Plymouth.
