A well stocked supermarket. Clean and friendly. Had the breakfast with coffee, great friendly service, and a good tasting, well presented breakfast at a very reasonable price.

Very busy, staff friendly.Parking: Depending on time of day, parking can be hit or miss, doesn't help that the click and collect takes up a large chunk of the carpark, along with the charging point for electric cars.It might be worth moving the click and collect to the smaller carpark near the bridal shop. Also, make the little cut through an entrance only,as cars have to swing wide to get out.Wheelchair accessibility: Once you realise that the wheelchair bit in the carpark is angled and compensate for that it's user friendly

Dreadful place!.. no atmosphere, food choices diabolical, queues, people waiting ages to be served, staff looking, and wandering around and not helping with food orders!.. get a grip or decent management ?

Not that bad. Given the sheer number of vegan options in store, the choice at the cafe wasn't all that great. Just a sausage roll and a doughnut. Wasn't able to ascertain if the shroomdogs and mash was vegan as nothing was labelled. Not bad for a quick pit stop before

Popped in at the cafe at Sainsbury's in Plymouth this a.m.....the staff were really helpful and friendly...even clearing up quickly to keep the place tidy...It was early so quiet...Great!

If I could I would have given minus star. After 20 minutes waiting we were told that there is no beef lasagna my original order. I was given vegetarian lasagna instead which consisted nothing else than tomato and onion. My friend fared even worse he ordered chicken burger and was given all day breakfast without the choice because this was on the order paper never ever come here again.

Only popped in for a quick drink, what a mistake. I don't blame the staff, they are just understaffed. The staff working, we're as friendly and efficient as they could be, but when there is a long queue, management need to recognise, more staff are needed. We won't be back, unfortunately, as it was a nice pot of tea. I'm just glad we didn't want food!!!
