Customer service, sad state of affairs when Deliveroo orders are more important than customers stood waiting in a shop. Staff were working hard but 10 mins with not one word of we will be with you in a minute, no one smiling of able to engage with human beings.

Absolutely disgusted! First of all they ignored us as we entered the shop for a good while before acknowledging us. It was 2 girls behind the counter and they seemed very uptight about something slamming about and being very miserable, this was not a good experience at all. If you are reading this I think maybe you need to get a different job, it doesn’t suit you as a sandwich maker.
Disappointed - Rude and lazy staff.All the tables (and floors) were dirty so there was nowhere clean to sit. I politely asked if a table could be wiped so we could sit down. A girl came out looking annoyed and wiped the tables, then when I said Thank you to her, she gave me a quick (fake) smile, still looking annoyed, as if I was being unreasonable. There were hardly any customers in there so they were hardly rushed off their feet. This is just laziness and a bad attitude towards customers...

Excellent food. Loads to choose from! Do alsorts of picks to have in ya subway bread. Crisps.. Drinks hot drinks. It was quick service.

Disappointed, been able to use vouchers and offers before, went in on Monday to be told that they no longer accept them even though online services said they did and the receipt also said they could. Absolute scam

Staff extremely patient and careful with the fact I’m coeliac. Patient with me while I decided which toppings I wanted (as I needed to read allergen menu), helped me feel safe with how it was prepared, and had smiles all the way through.After not liking subway for years this experience has pleasantly changed that, and I will be going again.
