Terrible customer service! I have never experienced such extreme rudeness, aggression, and unfriendliness from staff in any establishment. This will be my last visit to this unpleasant place. Good points, Food was good and hot, with prompt delivery. Bad points not fault of store. Online ordering not very clear, we ended up no salad in subs, no cheese on meatballs. We will not be ordering this way again!

Horrible experience in this subway, was served by a very rude girl, no customer service. Its like the faulty towers of subway. If you want your day spoilt by rudeness then this is the place to go. Ordered coffee which was thrown away. Sandwich ok but will make sure I avoid this place in future.
I have visited this Subway twice in the last month. First time I was appalled to be actually persuaded not to buy subway rolls by the attendant. He was too busy with delivery orders to make walk in orders. I was told that it would be 20 minutes before he could even serve me but if I wanted to place an order through Deliveroo I could and he would make that order. When looking on Deliveroo they actually couldn’t deliver, it was a different delivery company. If I placed my order it would be delivered at 1000am the next mornings. The time was 6pm. My daughter and I left to try and find another subway for service. I have visited again tonight to give this subway the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was a one off. Unfortunately I was told exactly the same. This is not great service Subway Ebrington Street. What’s the point in being open if your staff are not going to serve walk ins….. Absolutely appalling customer service

Very tiny Subway branch. They don't have drink dispensers so only can sell bottle drinks which forces you to pay extra.Food wise, it was ok by Subway standards. But store wise, nah.

food wasnt to standard, i asked for the subs to be toasted the staff must have put the food in for 5 seconds, the bread was soft and the cheese hard, not eating here again.I tried to phone but my call was ignored.......
