I waited 40 mins in a que which had only 5 people!The staff spent most of their time catering for the insane number of deliveroo and uber orders. They either need to employ more staff, or close the doors to the public!If I could give 0 stars I would. To add further disappointment, the sub was pretty poor; stale bread and the smallest ration of cheese inside.Its a pity most places are like this now, the owners clearly don't care.Would I go back there...... YES, if I had no other choice and the alternative was starvation.Much improvement needed!

Ordered via deliveroo. Came on time however they swapped 2 portions of wedges for 1 portion of hash browns. Also my spouse Italian BMT was missing 4 different salads. I phoned them up to ask where my wedges were to be told that they have been told to swap to hash browns because they had ran out so when I explained they can't do that because they were for my children and they tried saying I would of had a phone call which I never. I explained you can't just swap items when they're not even the same product!! Full Paying customer so I expect my order to be correct. Hash browns there was only 5 I have 3 children? Really? Never order delivery from these! Spouse Italian BMT was as bare as anything. Currently waiting to see if they turn up with my correct order! Said they will be 30mins, now 45mins shop is shut I have 3 hungry kids that was looking forward to their tea as a treat and a very unhappy spouse .... ruined. Will be taking this further as it is not on!! Basically fraud making us pay full prices for you to change our items as and when you please with no notifications... Shambles and shame on you!EDITED didn't turn up as I thought... let downs trading standards getting involved. Don't let these take your money!!! You will not get the right order.

Appalling. Normally, I Order from the store, but because I Was at home today, I decided to get it Delivered. When I placed my order on Just Eat, everything was smooth. All I ordered was a 6-inch sub with a cookie, crisps, and a Gatorade. And I was only around 2 miles away from the store. As soon as I placed my order, they accepted. Now, as I'm writing this review, I ordered it about an hour and a half ago and it still hasn't turned up. On the app, it just says 'Waiting for driver'. I recommend you don't get the subway for delivery.UPDATE!!In the end, after a long 2 hours and 15 minutes, it came! Luckily, it came. That's why I'm bumping my rating up to 3.

The worst one ive had,asked for lettuce,tom,cucumber and red onion,when i got home all i had was red onion and the coffee and no coffee in it,just milk and hot water.Nobody appeared to be in charge and staff didn't just stood there looking confused and didn't know who ordered what Absolutely appalling.

Ate in,went to go toilet,and it was engaged,ate our food and tried again,still engaged.ask staff member and he said he won't be long he comes in most days and in there about an hour,I said surely you should check what he does in there, left without going toilet and had to use public toilets.the staff were not very efficient as we're laughing and talking while serving us and were making mistakes.will not visit that subway again

What you'd expect of a subway. Weird building shape means there's not much seating, and what there is is usually covered in teenagers sharing a Coke between 6.Food is usually good.An update from Dec 2016. Still pretty good, not a single seat available as each table is full of school kids sharing a coke, the tables that have room have no seats as the kids have moved them.Vegetarian options: Alway have interesting veggie options.

I frequent this location with my friend a lot as we buy nachos , cookies and a cup to refill for like an hour + and mess around, today I visited with my friend to do this and the man making our food was named Chris, Chris was incredible, Chris talked about a lot of different things with us, movies , games , and general world situations. He made sure I had the right amount of jalapeños I wanted on my nachos, and was quick and took the effort to put stickers on the boxes without me even asking. After we finished our nachos and went to fill up our drinks, he was doing something behind the counter and asked us how it was genuinely. Chris also got a cookie fresh out of the oven for a little girl who asked her mother for one. Chris was honest with the random questions I asked about subway and answered happily.We need more people like Chris, he genuinely made my day a little brighter even if it was just a visit to subway. I haven’t seen him before today (as I can recall) but I hope to see him during my next visit.Thank you Chris, me (Ben) and Zach appreciated your kindness and good doing around your job. Have a good day or night!- A happy customer.

The menu is better than it used to be to have cheaper options but should give you more business.food is good and better than McDonald's at Plympton.At the moment you only got one staff and she is very good kind lady but she need some help given more staff need at least two staff there to stop customers waiting a long time and be able to do online orders at the same time while she's dealing with customers one at a time.At the moment you have got one staff is very good and order you are you like.The new cheaper menu which is which is better.it all that means one staff they got to serve the food online and saving customers all same time which is not good for service because people have have to wait a long time will lose business because of this not having enough staff.room for improvementGood pointsLovely food , portion size good that's why it's worth the wait.As the old saying goes patience is a virtue.Friendly staff ,helpful,sociable, kind.Long opening times which is verygood these days so you can sit and relax not worrying it's going to closeToilets available for customersNice and cleanNice and quiet looking for somewhere quiet after 2 p.m. afternoon on the Ridgeway Plympton devon UK with parking in the Subways in walking distance from the bus stop 21 and 21A at the Ridgeway Plympton shopping areaVegetarian options: On the menu or just askKid-friendliness: Lovely friendly lady which put a smile on my face, patient, kind, sociable, did the order the way you would like it.
