Went for a big family birthday meal and the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The lady who served us, Zee, was so helpful with the cake and any other bits we needed help with. Our family had a very nice time.

We went to the lord Louis for lunch at 1.30 on Sunday 31st March 2024 and we could not fault it. A warm welcome on arrival and shown to our table drinks were served really fast . we ordered our food and went up for a Calvary which had a choice of four meats and a good variety of potatoes and veg . The food was tasty and hot . Our table was served more drinks and cleared our plates once finished , ready for us to order our dessert which again was delicious . A special thank you to our waitress who I think her name was zee or maybe lee ( sorry) who was very helpful and pleasant and nothing was to much trouble for her great service thank you .

Booked a table for 8 arrived a little early to be told our table had been given away. Fortunately only 6 of us could actually make the dinner after all, because after a good 10mins possibly more was given a table for 4 people for the 6 of us to sit at. Went to the bar to order. NO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE BAR STAFF. Requested a discount as a goodwill gesture which was refused because they offered us seating in the bar instead if the restaurant. Absolutely would never recommend this place ever to anyone. Very different from our previous experience, cannot believe how far down hill the customer service has gone. I have not reviewed the food because I am so angry I am writing this whilst waiting for my dinner. Just received my food ot is good, but should have said considering it is a pizza restaurant the fact they had no cheese for the pizzas so one of our party had to change there order. I have no words

Everything was well cooked and tasty. It would be better if there weren't extras for things like mushrooms. It would help to have side plates to have your toast and preservative rather than have to use your breakfast plate.
