Went to Lord louis for breakfast my friend pointed out to me there was a hair in the beans on my plate sure enough there was about six inches long I brought it to the attention of a member of staff he or she not sure they changed the tray but didnt even comment or make an apology before leaving the manager was told and said sorry but made little of it also the tea had a strong smell of chlorine and was not drinkable its no wonder there were not many in there .
Great staff great breakfast added bonus of fried bread

Thank you Ben, an excellent host, attentive, & obliging and very pleasant! Our first visit to Lord Louis and an enjoyable experience- the food was delicious and hot when served , we had fish n chips and scampi with chips & peas; thoroughly enjoyed our meal and Ben’s service! Give that guy a promotion!!!??

Excellent service from
We came for a breakfast, 3 of us. 2 adults and our 8 year old son. For refill coffee x 2, large Pepsi max, 2 adult plates and 1 child it was just under £27. Fantastic price.
Our son loved the attention from the ladies so thank you. Was very comfortable and a relaxing atmosphere before day of shopping.
Highly recommend
Kid-friendliness: The best place to take little people to. My son loved helping himself. We even let him just add a few things himself. He tried fried bread but wasn’t keen yet ate 3 eggs! He says he doesn’t like yolks but demolished these. Staff are very friendly as well
I popped in for a quick drink with a friend and staff were very friendly and a nice quiet atmosphere
Food has improved alot from my last visit well worth a re visit
Stopped for a drink only (hence no review for food) on the way back from clay pigeon shooting up the road. The prices were very reasonable and the pub itself looked really good inside and out. Would recommend.
