We visited Costa Primark as I had offers to use. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a good atmosphere.

I went in earlier and there was loads of kids about 8 screaming and going to different tables which isn’t there own we got the white chocolate strawberry hot milkshake that was nice and we also got chocolate hot milkshake and I T tasted like it had just come of a saucepan we also got a strawberry and cream frappe and that was atrocious all the over costes are alright don’t come to this one go to Starbucks it’s better

I would highly recommend coming to Costa in Primark if you want to grab a quick bite to eat during your clothes shop! Staff are very friendly and are quick with preparing food and drinks. Would come back when I’m back in town that’s for certain!Parking: There is a car park located on top of the Primark next to M&S. With plenty of space it allows shoppers to access the store easily via the liftsKid-friendliness: Costa is extremely kid-friendly especially located in the towns Primark store.

Although situated in Primark this doesn't detract from the service or relaxed atmosphere, in fact I use this Costa more than the high street stand alone. Always excellent service and as usual great value for money

This is the worst branch I have visited. Had a 10% discount on my app and was trying to use it when purchasing a drink. Due to poor internet connection it was difficult to download it to use at the till. Staff were very unhelpful and were clearly frustrated because it was taking a while to sort out, it was not busy and no queue at this point. Eventually I managed to get signal and was able to be served. Sadly I was served a lukewarm drink which resulted in having to ask for a hotter one. Again this irritated the barista who had a face like a wet weekend! Not somewhere I will visit again!

We wanted a sit down and cold drink and this place provided. They were just about to have to close early as someone had not turned up for a shift. The young guy who served us was lovely and friendly and worth keeping hold of.
I needed the toilet before I wanted to buy a drink,You have to buy a drink before you can use the toilet,by the time I used the toilet my tea was and stewed,they did offer to make a new tea, I did decline as I thought wasteful, it's a disabled, toilet pregnant woman had to buy water so she could use the toilet. When I ask for head office number they said they don't have it, the person the said the toilets belong to Primark, locked to stop shoplifting, which I do understand. I did try and ring Costas head office but no luck, you should not deny access to somebody that is disabled pregnant or a baby needs change. Why they have to buy a bottle of water first is wrong.

Busy, vibrant setting upstairs in Primark. Friendly staff, long queue today. No snacks to tempt me so just had a coffee ☕. Better for my waistline though!
