The staff were unfriendly, service was slow, and I was charged full price when I should have been charged the breakfast rate as I order a bacon roll and a drink before 11 am, all in all a negative experience, will not come back, unless it improves.

The gentleman serving behind the till, would seem to have a large attitude problem. I asked for 2 large latte and asked if they did they did flavours? He gave one word answers, no. When he had finished making them, he just put them down and asked card or cash. He was very abrupt no please, sorry or thank you. He needs to go back for more training in customer facing.
