Went into Dickys first for a drink on a cold day. The place was beautiful and warm, as was the young lady serving us very welcoming. Went in for dinner the next evening. The food was amazing. On holiday from Australia thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Called in here early quite by chance and after a warm and friendly greeting, we enjoyed a lovely meal. Starter of crispy squid with sweet chilli sauce - piping hot and delicious. Two mains from the specials board - Guinea fowl and salmon, both beautifully presented and again, delicious. All the staff were attentive and really friendly and it was a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere - we'll definitely come back!

My fiancé & I absolutely love dicky’s. It’s definitely the best place to eat on the high street. The service is outstanding & the food is incredibly delicious. The team at dickys always makes us feel so welcome & nothing is ever too much of an ask. We have been working our way around the menu & each dish is so perfectly executed. We have come here for dinner dates, birthdays & work Christmas party’s. Each time the experience has been outstanding. Hands down our favourite place in Southbourne. See you again soon! Josh & Libby

Eaten here few times in last three years and was really looking forward the dinner date....Both main courses however were overcooked, and catch of the day so small you start thinking who is at fault here - the fisherman for taking such a small fish out or the restaurant for serving it with a price tag.Very disappointed, wont be rushing back anytime soon....Shame

Such a lovely meal out with really knowledgable staff and an extensive bar. It's become one of our absolute favourite Southbourne spots! Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress and even though it was busy she managed to find us a table and didn't rush us. Highly recommend a visit.
Great new addition to the growing Southbourne bar and restaurant choice. The restaurant offers a slightly casual fine dining experience with exceptional food and service. Highly recommend.

Our most recent visit, was on Valentine's Day and marked our second time dining there. Just like our previous experience, the staff were outstanding in every aspect. Throughout the evening, Lynn and Marcin stood out as exemplary staff members who took excellent care of us. Their dedication to customer service and professionalism surpassed all expectations.As you can imagine, Valentine's evening diner was a busy affair, yet it was evident that every staff member treated each customer with individual attention, making everyone feel special amidst the occasion.Not only did the front-of-house staff go above and beyond, but the kitchen team also delivered exceptional and exquisite meals.Great atmosphere, great staff, great food and great place for any occasion day or night!We extend our gratitude to Dicky's Brassier and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
