I placed an order for collection today using the collection deal. I was surprised to find that the extra toppings I ordered, but not the actual toppings for the pizza I ordered. When I called to request for either a new delivery, this was rejected. I was placed on hold multiple times, the advisor said we will refund you and then hung up the phone. Didn’t advise me on how much! Food very tasty as it’s domino’s, but overall service. Room for improvement!

hi just bought my Large Mighty Meaty Pizza and it was cold and uncooked with Raw onions. I had to cook it in the oven myself after paying £27.00. Very disappointed first experience. Do Not Recommend. Go to Winton branch instead.

Ordered initially a couple weeks ago, order was completely messed up, had to get the order resent which took an additional 40 mins. They compensated with a £15 voucher which I can only use on full price products… anyway ordered again today and they messed up half the order with cold dough balls and large pizza completely wrong. When I called up I first mentioned the current problem and then mentioned my frustration with last time and now this issue and the girl who answered the phone ignored me and without apology said they were sending out a new pizza. Doesn’t sound much typing it but the tone of voice used was rude and careless and this girl on the phone alone is a terrible advocate for the branch. Not a care in the world for an order either her or her team messed up and seemingly consistently mess up. After this order there won’t be another.

Went here instead of our local dominoes.The pizza was absolutely flawless, perfect amount of cheese (and other toppings,) perfect temperature and very fresh.Friendly polite staff
