The drinks were ready too early compared to the food. Hot dogs tasted synthetic and were small. Burgers basic and dry. Buns were scrunched up and dampish eewww. Never going again ?

Turned up almost at the end of the day. Staff still friendly, food still tasting great, nice and hot. Less than a two minute walk if you park underground and get the lift up. Recommended!

You know what you're going to get. Not cheap but a good burger.

Went here on a Tuesday evening before an event held at the BIC. We arrived with about 2 hours prior to the show starting. It started with people being sat long after us were getting served before us. Once we did finally order, the drinks came wrong, though they did correct it swiftly. We then waited well over an hour for our food to arrive in which other people who ordered after us were getting their food way before ours. The wait came as a bit of a surprise as we noticed that the restaurant had quite a few empty tables.Eventually when it did arrive, there was a side dish missing and another had been sent completely different to what was ordered. By this point with time getting on we were so hungry that we had accept the food as we felt refusing it would have meant us going without. The food itself was nice and plentiful. But when there are the issues we had, it felt like the premium price tag was not really justified.Upon paying and leaving. We overheard several tables complaining of similar issues and which seemed to create a negative atmosphere coming from the waiting tables.I do appreciate that we are all humans at the end of the day and it may have just been a bad night however, it was a shame that the experience turned out like that. As we ended up rushing so that we wasn't late.

First time in five guys, always skeptical about the pricing but i get it why, the food was amazing, def worth it if you want to treat yourself, specially if you're going out to watch a movie next

£33 for two burgers, one medium chips and one large drink is sacrilege for a fast food restaurant. The burgers were very tasty and the chips were nice and crunchy, we had their spicy seasoning on the chips, however, they were caked with seasoning and very salty. The standard Fanta orange tasted very strongly of artificial sweeteners and was worse than Fanta Zero. The food is of course better quality than McDonald's but its overpriced so I won't be rushing back.

£16 for a 'small' bacon, cheese burger and coke is in my opinion ridiculously over priced, not worth the cost, I certainly wont be eating there again.

Visted here today for the first time at Five Guys .The best cheese burger and milkshake ever .Was greeted by a very warm and inviting young male and was an excellent service and excellent quality meal .

It doesn't matter who I went with. I went. This is my opinion and if you find it offensive then feel free to go run a bath and drop a plugged in iron in to the equation. Doesnt matter what Burger I ordered…it was a Burger. I split the Burger down, trying the Burger in its own. It has zero flavour. You can taste it, as plain as plain can get. The slices of Tomatoes were nice, Lettuce nice and crisp. Those Potato CHIPS from Yorkshire are moorish. These Burgers are over priced and taste of very little. As for the Staff at the Castle Point eatery…try washing the tables to avoid that cross contamination or transmission of infection. Also you should not fool around throwing food at each other when you are on display. In your 5 Guys HQ is reading this then check your CCTV that is nearly tucked away (clever). 07th October 2023 @ 17:30-18:30 -/+, 2 female workers. 1 coming on, 1 going off. Throwing food over the ‘sneeze screen’. You’ll see me sitting with my partner next to the condiment counter. You’ll witness me taking a bottle of vinegar and sanitising the table. See your Peanut Barrow thing…that is a recipe for hygiene issues. I watched one guy standing there eating them and spitting the shells across the Barrow aiming for the bin. How many people do you think wash their hands after going to the toilet or before touching food? Appalling. Must have remembered the days of the Peanuts on the Pub Bars until 26 specimens of Urine were found in one test!?. 2 Burgers, 2 Chips and 2 Drinks £45…

It’s what you’d expect from a Five Guys in that the food and milkshakes are pretty decent but overly expensive. At this branch in particular I’ve never had any issues - staff always polite and the place is always kept clean and tidy. 4 stars instead of 5 as a reflection of price which although is a corporate decision I feel reflects on my overall review of the place.Parking: Town centre parkingKid-friendliness: Suitable for kids though very pricey for a family to eat here.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible balcony - on the level with a ramp leading to it from one end and a lift in the BH2 complex

Food is pretty good but very overpriced. This is meant to be fast food, so to have to pay over £14 for a fairly good burger and small fries (no drink!) is ridiculous.

This is a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich - inedible and rancid. When I returned it I was told it was ‘fresh, crispy bacon’. Stale chips, cold burgers for our grandchildren. Don’t go!!
