One lady works there that always seems to try and over charged. Then after a 5 min debates magically finds the right price on the til. On a 30 min lunch time I really dont have time to be to be debating the price of my lunch when it clearly shows the price on the screen behind the counter. This lady I have also seen be very rude to other customers and even kick one out because he had a dog with him even thou everywhere else in Bournemouth doesnt mind dogs. And there is no signs up saying no pets Worse Gregg's I've ever been too

3 star neutral review because I wasn't able to get inside. The step access is not suitable for a wheelchair user. The angle and height is not safe for my powerchair, so I was unable to enter at all. There was also very little space between outside seats and signs/barriers for a wheelchair user to even reach the doorway easily too.Please consider making adjustments to allow safe disabled access.

I didn't really want to give this any stars ! What can I say the staff just stood there talking, The place was so so dirty, there was no food on the shelfs, what was there looked like it had for a week ! You couldn't put anything in the bin as this was over flowing wow how there still open I really don't no!!!!

Good value but lately the Gregg's in Bournemouth has been opening later than usual and one day I was forced to purchase from Starbucks. Hope this is a temporary blip!
