Had a 3 night stay at this hotel with our family of 14. 5 great rooms (2 family rooms and 3 doubles). Clean and tidy rooms with huge beds. Nice side sea views. Staff were so friendly and attentive to all our needs. Pools and spa at the neighbouring Carlton hotel were excellent and included in our stay( Pool at East Cliff currently closed but Carlton pools just a few steps away) . Spa treatments were very good. We enjoyed our stay at East Cliff Hotel. Our room was really large with views along the coast. Staff were delightful, always smiling. Having to eat dinner in the adjacent hotel could have been tricky had it rained! Nice bar area. Yes our room could have done with a lick of paint and certainly the outside needed work on it but it certainly didn’t affect our stay.
Stayed for 2 nights Staff pleasant. Breakfast buffet style and good. Room Seaview, large roomy, freshly decorated but furniture tired, . Tea and coffee making facilities but insufficient milk and sugar, could have asked for more l suppose. Paid parking £20. Nice walk to Bournemouth centre and beach front.
