Ordered off the App. Purchased a 6 piece bucket which said it contained 4 portions of fries only to discover they are not included when the delivery was sent ... Like other reviews here poor service... Also KFC needs to sort out their website for mis-discribing what's included in their sharing buckets . Even though I have complained to the store they gave me some code off my next order which can only be used in store... Probably never use it

If you want to pay for food you don’t get, go here…Dropped in for a quick takeaway after work - got home and found they’d not given me half my order. My bad - Should have checked before leaving! Only writing this review coz my son just ordered a kfc meal delivery and they missed half of his order as well… Not for the first time either apparently..!KFC Winton either not hiring the right people, not training them properly or purposefully ripping people off. Sort it out head office - it’s not a good look… And your foods not all that anyway - stick to turkey.(BTW, there are a couple of other chicken places within 100 metres of KFC)

Ordered a home delivery 4 piece meal and all 4 pieces were drumsticks. Phoned to complain, only to be told that I should have customised the order. I would have accepted 1 or 2, but 4 is just ripping off a delivery customer. Beware there are other reviews like this too.

I had my order delivered via Just Eat - very fast.However, in a Party Bucket, I was appalled that of the 14 pieces of regular chicken, no less than 10 of them were drumsticks! This is not how the staff are taught to serve up buckets, and it would certainly put me off ordering it again - at £40 for the bucket, I don't expect this many drumsticks.

Seriously, KFC, you need to up your game, especially around cleanliness and hygiene. Toilets absolutely disgusting. The restaurant floor is an accident waiting to happen. Your cleaning routine looks nonexistent. Staff robotic. No customer service. The food thrown together with no care. You seemed to be busy enough, but I think you're surviving on your name only at this point.
Manager Violet is a vile person. Said she doesn’t care about people’s circumstances, despite an issue that involved tills that SHE is responsible for. If a till isn’t working properly, it’s hardly a customers fault. I explained to her how she could fix the issue (I’ve previously worked in fast chains) and she wouldn’t put of pure spite.I hope she gets fired, for the sake of the people she might interact with, because there is no way any corporation would want such an unprofessional and rude person representing them.If you’re unhappy with your life, you shouldn’t take it out on others.

was served by a lovely young man who helped me order and find something i wanted. once i had received my food i noticed the music playing- it really put me off my food, it was horrible music that made me feel like a rotten egg in a tech fleece from 2004. the food however was fantastic, i quickly gained my appetite back. the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to the high price of the food, and the music. the management should try to set the mood with some kankan playing through the speakers, it would make the high price more worth it- thats for sure! almost every worker was from latin descent, except the young man who served me, yet there where absolutely 0 baddies. how tf u got that many latinas and NO baddies bruh? also if they offered wockhardt on the menu, it would be my favorite fast food joint, but oh well, guess i got to go back to sipping cut drank in the back of my baby mamas '07 toyota camry.

Ordered online for pickup,arrived within two minutes. Then I waited for 5 minutes and eventually asked to see if they were going to complete my order soon. The employee who was horrible , rude and disrespectful said someone took our food she then said we needed to wait at least 15 more mins for our order and the manner in which they speaker to us was unacceptable. She gave so much attitude for someone working at a cashier position and shouldn’t be working in that area with her quick temper. She didn’t try to resolve the issue at all and the costumer service is one of the worst I’ve ever seen . Will definitely not be eating from this disgusting place again.
