This is an excellent store, the standards of service the staff provided is 100%, staff are engaging and motived and prepered to go above and beyond to give customers the best possible experience. The freshness of food is fantastic and always hot. Can get busy at tines, however, in such a small store they provide a full menu and manage to meet customers quickly and positive. The staff are always willing to quickly solve any errors in your order, which is absolutely great!!! I havs always experienced motivated family oriented staff who make your children's experience fun and exciting ? This is in my opinion the BEST McDonald’s in the Bcp area!!!

There is not enough sitting room. The service is extremely slow. The ONLY reason I would ever eat there is if you fancy something hot (well, midly warm) to eat after shopping in Asda.

Normally have a good experience with this McDonald’s but have had two bad experiences recently. I’m not sure if there is new staff or staff shortages etc but something has definitely changed! First of all I ordered a mcchicken sandwich meal and I received a mcchicken sandwich but with a mccrispy patty inside? Never happened before was really weird. Secondly we ordered a relatively large order and the fries were soggy and tasted old and the nuggets were also soft and tough like they had been out for a long time! Also milkshake was warm and watery ? and cup was only half full. Like I said we’ve never had issues before so not sure what’s changed ?♀️

Horrible experience. Not once but twice. Once with takeaway 1 item was missing and yestrday with Uber eats delivery 2 items were missing. And when I call the Mc Donalds castle point manager, its feels like he don't care. That kind of attitude.
