This restaurant is a hidden gem! The pounded yam and ogbono soup were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the taste was truly awesome. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff added to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you're in the mood for some flavorful African cuisine!" ???

Very horrible service!! I paid £92 for beef suya and chicken suya!! When I checked the menu it was £4 for chicken suya but her charged me £9!!! The beef suya was £5 he charged me £10!!! After I complained about the menu price being different from the receipt he gave me, he said it was an old menu!!! But theres no new menu anywhere!!!!! Very horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ATALL

Mimi's is probably the most authentic African food restaurant in Bournemouth. The seasoning is well balanced and the spice is tolerable. Been here three times and certainly come back again :)

It is a splendid restaurant, and very fresh food and services are top notched. The Fela tune on the background, giving nostalgic feeling. We will be fulfilled even beyond the coast of Nigeria.

Unfortunately I didn’t like the food. I ordered a lamb dish, the food came so cold and I don’t believe it was lamb, I can taste the difference between lamb and beef but that wasn’t lamb, whatever it was it was so chewy and burnt, I’ve heard the chicken dishes aren’t too bad however I wouldn’t go there

When I saw African restaurant, I knew I had to try their naija jollof, chicken and assorted meat, and it was worth it. Would try the Sea food menu next time. The Atmosphere was Lovely.

Great food.... beautiful setting.... I was so pleased to have a taste of Nigerian Fanta again after a very long time. Customer Service was great as you do not need to wait for long before been served your meal. Lovely time out for my family.... we will be visiting again.

I enjoyed the food, music and nice ambiance. Went there with my Asian friend who also loved the food, surprisingly she ate all of it. Again the staff was very polite and friendly throughout our time there. Kudos to you all...

Got there as the store opened so it felt a bit empty at first but food was prepared and served quickly. Clean environment, reasonable food portions, served hot. Would visit again.
