Having not been to Nandos for years, I thought it's quite overpriced for slightly underwhelming food. The vegetarian options are better than they used to be. We had to wait nearly half an hour to be seated because they don't take bookings in advance. The lady taking reservations was helpful but the server in the restaurant couldn't look less interested in being there and when we asked for cutlery she kind of sighed and pointed and then walked off. They brought out our food in a weird order so we were all eating at different times and the servers were trying to clean our tables and were loitering over us as soon as we'd eaten like they wanted us to immediately get up and go. I won't be heading back to Nandos any time soon.

Nandos has some really nice food with different levels of heat in the sauces that you can choose. However, 3 stars due to 1 thing; you can't book, and so are usually forced to wait 20 minutes before being seated, a problem which is worse if you are in a large group.

Awful Nando’sWent to Nando’s Friday 6th Jan, 3 people we did order as 2 orders I got my meal and ate halfway through when someone came over and explained chicken for my friends would be 20/25 mins when I would of been finished by this point, went passed this time I asked 2/3 waitress they did say they would check which they did as I was watching and then just walked off to do something else and not bother coming and letting us know, so frustrating as I was just sitting there finished my meal and my friends was still waiting.They finally got food was offered a starter for free wow £1.79 start big dealA lady I believe manger said she will come over when we are finished we waited 10 mins she didn’t bother so we just got up and leftAwful service, just seem to take your money and let you wait until they’re ready to come back!! Don’t bother going here

Your standard Nando’s restaurant with good chicken (burgers and grilled chicken). The service was very efficient and fast. You order everything from the QR code and it comes out very fast. Taste wise, it’s the same as you would find in other franchises so you know what to expect. Would recommend if you can’t decide what to eat and want something fast and familiar.

Just had a lovely dinner at Nando’s, halloumi fries to start and chicken wings for main. Marcus was extremely lovely for providing me with a little bit more peri tamer sauce on the chicken wings. Overall great time.

The chicken meal arrived super dry and tough to eat, I saw them place it on the grill and it looked sad so I asked for flame grilled with extra basting to liven it up. Alas it was ignored so chicken very dry, chips were lukewarm and the meal was a disappointment. Meal choices were limited too.Nice atmosphere but pity the griller and chip maker can’t get it right.Nice friendly team but as I’d already asked three times for extra sauce I didn’t want to say anything when the meal arrived.
