First visit and found it very easy to order via the QR code and app. Very nice place and not too busy at a lunch time in the week. Food came in good time. We'll presented, tasty and a good size. Staff very pleasant and helpful.Parking: Castlepoint Bournemouth.

Never thought I would write a review about Nandos but credit where credits due. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food was tasty and presented well. Special mention to Arjun who was polite and well mannered.

Never been before and I would like to say it was ok. I wish I could be more enthusiastic but it was a bit disappointing. Staff was lovely but the food was less impressive than what I could make at home. Had the 4 chicken thighs and I think the birds must have been poussin or were actually 2 thighs cut in two. Supposed to have crispy skin but didn't. The portion of chips was the smallest I've seen in any restaurant in decades and were only good for soaking up a bit of the different sauces. The rainbow slaw had a nice flavour but there was little indication on the menu of what it actually contained. But dinner for 2 people for £40? Without dessert. And you have to go to the till to order, and go and collect your own cutlery and sauces. Hmm. Not sure I'll return.

Came here as a family (4 people) and it was a disaster. It took an hour to get our mains (40 minutes after our starters). When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, most of the chicken hadn't gone on the grill and just had the sauce (not the flavours we'd picked, mind) just dumped on top. The manager was defensive and eventually offered us free deserts, which we didn't accept.Lastly, the wall hangings of knotted rope are covered in dust and absolutely filthy, not an acceptable level of cleanliness. For 20 quid a head this was abysmal.

Waited an hour for starters. It wasn't busy. the other couple with us has already finished there mains before we even got out starters. The staff couldn't see the problem with this? When the food eventually arrived it came raw, it was absolutely disgusting. Staff lacked any sort of care about the situation. The manager was utterly useless. Take a look at the appetising food.We then waited another 30 minutes for the manager too come over and inspect the food.The table had finished their whole meal by the time I received the same starter they had.Utterly utterly appalling service and food.

Food always good. Said there was a delay as shoet staffed which wasn't however lots of staff stood talking. Stopped serving hot drinks during covid and haven't restarted. On a freezing day, not one wants iced fizzy drinks!Dietary restrictions: Nearly everything is suitable for gluten intolerance

Good service, chill people and delicous food. Hats off to the waiter named Charlie. He is very professional with what he does and always has a smile on his face. His vibe is infectious. Defintely would come here again.
