Not up to the standard of my local restaurant unfortunately. Food was mediocre even though the same in all restaurants there was just a lack of that pizza express satisfaction you get after visiting.

Reminded us why Pizza Express is so great.Had dinner here on a Monday night, so pretty quiet, but a great meal. Very reasonably priced and tasty food - the Pizza Express Club always has vouchers you can apply to your bill.The star of the meal was our server Dila, she was so friendly and attentive. She made sure to check how our food was and gave service with a smile. She’s a superstar.

Really disappointed with our meal at Pizza Express. Usually the food and service is good. However on Saturday night, I realised why all the other restaurants were heaving and fully booked compared to Pizza Express where they were practically empty.Greeted by a waitress who took our food order and we politely asked if our starter could come out with our main as we had an event to go to later in the evening. She confirmed that this would be okay.What felt like an hour later, our starter came out but no main. We patiently waited for another 20 mins, then our main came out.After waiting so long for our food, we were peeved that it was stone cold and both pasta dishes were undercooked. Our waitress was no where to be seen so we spoke to a gentleman who after we explained the issues he didn’t apologise and simply asked “did you want that reheated or redone?” So i replied and explained again that the pasta is undercooked so I don’t think reheating it will help… and he just repeated the same question.Thankfully we didn’t have to wait as long as the first time round for our food. But I am just going to chuck it out there that it is pointless ordering the penne al forno as it’s an overpriced dish which is simply cheesy pasta with a bit of ham.When it came to the bill our waitress kept disappearing even though we got our cards out ready to pay, she got distracted and walked off with the card machine and didn’t come back until we physically got up and got our coats on ready to leave. Annoyingly due to this whole ordeal we were late to our event.Rather confusing for a dead restaurant to take so long with both service and food.Really bad experience and don’t think I’ll be coming to this one again.

Ordered a deliveroo from them expecting two pizzas, two dough balls and a sauce only for the pizza and sauce to arrive. When I called them to ask what was up, I was given a disrespectful phone manner and told it’s not their fault so I should just order it again, spending more money.Even the employee on the other line knew what I was missing before I did and expected me to pay double due to their fault.

Went here on the 11th of this month for a 19th birthday celebratory meal, and going here made the day so much more special!Food was lovely (as per usual) and our server, Delia went above and beyond taking care of us and was such a helpful, welcoming individual. Would highly recommend going here, and thanks again for a wonderful evening.

Fabulous! Went for daughter’s 6th birthday and Delia our waitress was wonderful with our whole table but especially the birthday girl. She surprised us with singing happy birthday and even remembered our daughter’s name and wrote it on the plate. Exceeded her job role and made all the difference. Thank you Delia, I hope we have the pleasure of you serving us again.Kid-friendliness: Excellent for a family meal! Our 6 year olds choice for dinner or an occasion is always pizza express but we haven’t used Bournemouth one before and it’s now rating as our favourite one!
Very delicious food, good staff, familiar vibes. Nice people, nice staff. All of the staff asked me how was the food and would I want anything else. It was a really good time there. I will come back definitely!!!:)

So noisy you couldn't hear yourself think. Service was slow. I was asked if I wanted chilli oil and said yes please, but I never got it. Not great and not cheap.

Everything is great here and we love it but they seem to quite regularly not open at their listed opening hours so are often left hanging around. Please update your hours if you aren’t open at those times.
