I've ordered from pizza hut a fair few times, it's always a 50 50 chance it's going to arrive and it's actually going to be nice, most of the time they are very tight with their cheese even if you paid for extra, very plain tasting pizza, I now give up, what a waste of money, Asda pizza is actually nicer and much cheaper.

I ordered a meal on Thurday night. It turned up luke warm! We heated it up but both the hawaiian and meat pizza tasted diabolical. For want of a better word it tasted like plastic so assumig they are over processed. The garlic bread had little or no butter on it and was soggy and cold. The Nachos were dried up and brittle with the cheese gone hard on the top. It was THE worst pizza meal I've ever had. Very disappointing! I called them and complained and was offered a redelivery, but the food being luke warm wasn't the main issue. It was the quality of ithe food. I asked for a refund but was told I'd need to contact customer services. I did and was offered an E-voucher to the value of £15.00. I said I wouldn't eat there again and would prefer my money back but was told that was the only offer I was going to get.I can honestly say I've had better pizzas for less than £5.00 in Tesco. Don't waste your hard earned money with this company. Unfortunately, they are not the company they used to be for quality of food.I gave one star because it was the least I could give!

Don’t even bother ordering…The second time we’ve ordered and they’ve sent it out with Deliveroo when we’ve ordered through the Pizza Hut website.. this means that the Deliveroo driver (that we didn’t order through) calls you to say they aren’t delivering you the food as the store won’t pay them.. not our fault at all..We then call the store and the rude man tells us he is on his own so can’t do anything, he says he won’t send new food out and won’t refund us… £40 down the drain..We then get a notification to say our food has been delivered.. don’t know where as we are still sat here starving hungry.. we don’t have money to just waste .. now sat here without a dinner.Hope the rude arrogant person enjoys their free pizza..We have complained to Pizza Hut head office and want a full refund and an explanation as to why they keep sending food out with Deliveroo when customers order through the Pizza Hut website and not the Deliveroo app…

SHOCKING!! (Only gave one star as couldn’t give zero)Ordered food which took an hour to come and when it did finally arrive it was all COLD and missing items!!Phoned the restaurant only to be told it was fine when it left there and that they could deliver the missing items and remake the cold food. After several times of us repeating we just wanted a refund we gave up with the conversation.STAY AWAY!!

I and my former flatmates used to order pizzas, condiments and sometimes drinks at this restaurant on Saturdays in the summer of 2020. There were always excellent offers on Saturdays. We always received delicious and hot pizzas. Drinks and condiments were also good. The delivery guys provided us with an outstanding service. Delivery was always fast.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Like soggy cardboard with tasteless toppings Cold when it arrived. Extras didn't arrive without a phone call to chase them. Delivery driver lied to say they were in the box when asked but they weren't. When he came back with the extras he lied again.

Food was great, bit slow service but well worth the wait!!! The drivers are trying their best to get the food out as quickly as possible. The management should focus on getting people who are more in control of their customers.
