Bit confused as it was my first time. They place any food on the silver tray and you take that to your table, if you are eating in. No plates. Once you pay you go to the end counter and collect you cardboard cup. No China cup and saucer. Collect knife, fork (wooden), napkins from another place. Not much conversation from staff as its quite noisy.

I used to work at this shop, they don't wear gloves to make sandwiches, every Pret A Manger shop does!!! Each staff making the sandwiches needs to replenish the food themselves, so they go out of the kitchen and put the sandwiches on the shelves. Afterwards, they went back to the kitchen and continued making sandwiches, but they still didn’t wash their hands! It's a shame that when Prince William visits the store and helps out in the kitchen, every staff suddenly wears gloves, like a PR show.I used to love the Pret A Manger sandwich, but after seeing what was in the kitchen. I don’t eat Pret A Manger sandwiches anymore. If you really want to eat Pret A Manger food, stick to the hot food or toast, which are made in the central kitchen and they just reheat it.

Not disability friendly. Was served by a guy with a beard who assumed and assumed wrongly about me. Just because you can't see that I'm autistic doesn't make it not exist. Please think before judging, the way you treat people based on your judgements upon them can really harm. You seem to be the manager, please get yourself and your staff some disability training. For me this place now feels unsafe.

Sit in to drink a coffee and you get disposal cups because they 'don't do china' at this store anymore. Meanwhile the signs on the wall say about their sustainability. I'm sure if the girl making the coffee could have told us to f off for having the audacity of ordinary a drink she would have, saying she was exceptionally rude would be kind. Worst pret experience I have ever had.

On Sunday, September 3 this year, it happened that I asked the morning worker to take my coffee somewhere or to keep it for me while I came from the toilet. The barista only answered phlegmatically: yeahhh .....
Friendly and fast service. Food nice and fresh, but was very very busy inside and got out as soon as purchased. It was summer holidays so perhaps busier than usual but nice clean place and items displayed well and everything in stock for your lunch or snacks etc.
