The service was terrible , the food was awful . The man who was in charge was rude and arrogant. Saw him point in the face of 2 staff members reprimanding them in the restaurant in earshot of others . Clearly the Manager?? Cannot cope

This place was fairly quiet when we went on a Thursday night so it lacked atmosphere. The service and food was ok . I would go to a different branch of the Prezzo chain to be in a better atmosphere.

Myself and a few colleagues decided to go on a last minute Christmas meal and Prezzo happened to be ideal for the location as well as each previously having good experiences here! Unfortunately we were rather let down on multiple fronts which was a real shame considering our excitement for the food. We had to ask for water four times before actually receiving any, the starters looked as if they had just been dashed on the plate in any which way, and quite frankly I’ve had better food for half the price at a pub lunch. Not to mention the “truffle fries” which arrived lukewarm… Overall not the best experience, I won’t be rushing back any time soon.

Me and my family came here last Saturday while visiting Bournemouth Christmas market. The service was friendly I had cheese and pepperoni pizza and it was flavourful. I highly recommend here to come for dinner.

The restaurant was conveniently located for the Premier Inn I was staying in. The service was friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly and it was hot and fresh. It was standard Prezzo fayre and I got a voucher for 25% off so it made it good value.

Hardly what I would call a meal! Ordered pumpkin ravioli for my lunch main (just under £16) - my plate consisted of 8 very thin ravioli parcels and a tiny amount of green leaves. I’m size 10 petite female…

Having never been to Prezzo before and having a 25% food voucher our party of four decided to give it a go. We shared 2 starters which were ok but the amount of humus would not have filled a table spoon. The main courses consisted of a Calzone, 2 Pasta Arribiata's and a Sea Bass. The Calzone was good. We asked if the pasta sauce was spicy and were told that it was not very so we asked for extra chili infused in the sauce. When it arrived it had a chopped up chili but just a tomato sauce. The pasta on the bottom of the plate was warm but the pasta at the top was cold. The sea bass was good but the roasted vegetables were cold and the tomatoes and peppers had not been cooked. When we were asked how the food was we told the waiter of our complaints and he relayed these to the manager who came to see us. He said he could heat these things up but could do nothing about the chili sauce. As we were half way through the meal we declined the 'microwave' option. He did however say he would give us a discount on the bill. We asked for the bill to be split 2 ways and this was done and both reflected the 25% voucher discount. When we asked about the further discount he promised he was adamant that he had given another 25%. On totaling the bill this was not the case. His explanation was that as we had asked for the bill to be split the 25% only went to the voucher holder but he had also given 25% to the other half of the bill as a further discount. Had we not asked for the bill to be split the whole bill would have received the 25%. He therefore got away without giving us any good will discount. If you have a voucher from these people do not ask for the bill to be split if you have more than 2 people. Better still in my humble opinion give this place a miss.
