I ate in at roosters on 21.01.23 and had a bad experience. The food came very late, so late I had to ask for how long it was going to take. The staff were confused and said they didn’t have an order. To my surprise they accused me of not having paid, I then showed my bank history and the issue was sorted. 40 minutes later I enjoyed the food
I have ordered for the first time and am disappointed. The sweet potato fries were old, wrinkly and burned. The holumi was a disappointment as well. Avocado was not crushed but sliced. Burgers were pressed together. The chicken on my burger was undercooked, so had to finish cooking it at home.However, burgers were tasty.I paid £37 and it's definitely not worth it at all!!!!It was the first and last time I ordered from there

Popped in for lunch, food was fresh with good sized portions. The downside was that instead of cuts of beef in the wrap there was a cut up burge. Music was be very loud so you couldn't hear the member of staff very well and was we left we said thank you and goodbye and there was no response, we were the only ones in there so not busy so customer service not fantastic.
