We were served by Libby for my friends 25th for a bottomless brunch. There wasn’t a moment we were without a drink. Libby was very attentive and couldn’t make enough time for us. Would definitely come back ?

Not a great experience unfortunately… arrived with some friends and ordered food and drink. A couple of drinks we asked for not stocked and when food came out one person had 2 dishes that were cold. These were sent back and we had to ask where they were after waiting 20 mins. Had to ask twice for cutlery and a glass of water we asked for never arrived.On clearing the plates that were not even half eaten we asked how everything was… we told the truth … not great. The response was’ I didn’t cook it, I’ll let the chef know’.We used the facilities before we left to find someone had thrown up all over the men’s toilet … it was 4.00pm in the afternoon.Advice is to avoid… there are some great pubs, bars etc in Bournemouth unfortunately this is not one of them.

We had a great bottomless brunch yesterday at the slug in Bournemouth Square. It was at 4.30. Charlotte the waitress was absolutely amazing. Really friendly, always there if we needed her and was on it with service and getting our next drinks ready. Food was amazing and atmosphere was great too. Great music. I came for the brunch with my girlfriends for my 30th and honestly had the best time all down to the lovely server Chris B. He was so consistent and very helpful. Nothing was too much. Thank you slug and lettuce. The best ones I’ve been too.Vegetarian options: Lots of choices

Went mid afternoon, it was quite busy, but still plenty of tables free, we were in the busier central park, nice buzz. Pub had plenty of choice from booths, to busier section, and quieter areas, enjoyed the drinks, and happy to go if / when next in

Awful service. Wanted to treat myself and my two children to a nice mother's day meal, we waited half an hour for our food and only half arrived as they ignorantly couldnt take my order down correctly. Had to re order my food, which ruined our meal as we couldn't all eat together. Eventually my food arrived after another half hour and it came warm to cold. Will not be coming here again, and definitely would not recommend.
