Terrible service. The staff here are on island time. Took ages for them to even take my order. And they look like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. Drink was terrible as well no flavour at all won't be back here.

Place is filthy. Any given time of day, floor is dirty, litter on tables, crumbs on chairs. Disgusting. Service sucks- takes about 5 minutes before someone notices you’d like to place an order. Avoid at all costs. Came at 6:30, whole store was mopped and chairs on tables, which isn’t allowed at Starbucks as I asked a partner at another branch. Served by a lady called Tokyo (defo isn’t her real name) who was incredibly rude and stuck up, one of the worst people I’ve ever come across.I believe she is the store manager. I am a regular and lots of Starbucks’ and have never had an encounter quite as bad as this one just out of the sheer rudeness of this lady. Worst Starbucks ever!!

Staff here are always so rude and miserable it’s put me off of ever using this Starbucks again. Been a handful of times and the staff just made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I work in a coffee shop and it doesn’t take any effort to be polite or at least smile? No matter how busy you are. You’re made to feel like an inconvenience for spending your money here. Also last month they told me my purchase didn’t go through and asked me to tap again however it took my money twice. Useless

Really disappointed with my visit today. I accidentally spilt my drink all over the floor and none of the staff offered to help me clear it up. I had to ask for blue roll myself, which the lady only gave me a small amount. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and was struggling to clear it up. My partner order me another drink which took forever because the lady messed up 3 drinks prior to receiving mine. Will not be returning again.
