My son and I went for coffee and cake today. Never again! The lady who served us was full of cold, coughing, sneezing and wiping her nose on the back of her hand whilst preparing our coffee it really put us off - basic hygiene surely means you don't serve food/drink with a streaming cold!?! I then visited the loo and it was like going to the toilet in a third world country. Absolutely rank! Stinky and really unpleasant all round. Starbucks you should be ashamed - you let the brand down massively! Was the coffee good? Probably but didn't really notice tbh!

It was nice to find a comfy seat but the atmosphere isn't what it used to be in terms of cosiness, and coffees exceeding £5 seems incredible. Service was decent enough and it was a relaxed stopover for passing an hour.

I am a regular visitor of this starbucks, the staff are lovely and welcoming and the coffees and food are always done well. I come out of my way to this one specifically purely due to the service if you are lucky Betti, Shashi or Elena will serve you and have a chat.But ERKAN number 1!!!(All of the staff are awesome but I forget everyone's name.)Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options to choose from which are good.Kid-friendliness: I see children laughing here very often.Wheelchair accessibility: Everywhere is easily accessible by wheel chair as no stairs and all tables are movable.Dietary restrictions: They are always fast to ask if I have any needs or dietary requirements which is great as I am lactose intolerant and forget often.

Staff are amazing, great young guy used to remember my name and made the experience very personal, don’t believe he works there anymore. Lovely Hungarian woman in pink apron makes AMAZING drinks, very friendly and very fast. Would defo recommend.

Clean and tidy. Staff absolutely amazing. Was served by Caitlin such a lovely young lady happy to help and always smiling and energetic. Noticed other customers very demanding and difficult… it’s just coffee calm down they must just be annoyed they have small penises… staff dealt with it amazingly.
