Went as part of a hen do, excellent service and food. All the staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. I think the manager was called Rob. He was really good, and was just as busy as his staff. A brilliant night, we will be back!

I visited the Bournemouth branch with my family on the 23rd March and to my absolutely horror the prices of the food have shot up dramatically......The meals are anywhere for £18 up the mixed grill is £39 and a steak is £28 and I'm sorry £19.70 for a bowl of pasta!!!!The starters you can get a sharing one for £16 and the potion is no way a sharer portionNo wonder kids eat for free and even there portions are tiny and absolutely no effort on presentation it's literally chucked on a plateAnd the 2 for 1 cocktails yeah £16 for one cocktail!!!Sadly the prices have gone up dramatically but the portion sizes and the lack of warmth for this food is still very much disappointingThe staff were lovely and the welcomingSadly I don't think we'd be going back as it's fsr to expensive for what you get

Food is majorly overpriced for the quantity, I ordered chicken fillets and got 6 which were measly sized with some fries which cost me £20. Service was slow, incorrect things were provided and the bill was wrong at the end, refillable drinks were just ice and you can't even be trusted to refill yourself; I will not be returning.

Very disappointing. Less menu selection, smaller portion sizes, but more expensive. Lovely server. In the 2 hours we were there, there were less than 10 people in the restaurant. Very quiet. Have been here every time we visit Bournemouth, but it's far too expensive now. We will not be returning.

The first thing we noticed was my the pricing, we thought okay no worries, it must be nice but this was just the beginning. We went in for a 2 course I started with potato skins, the presentation was nowhere to be seen, the bacon was hard and crispy, nott o mention they where burned, we love tasting charcoal :), the came the main course, I had the friday glazed burger not to mention it was like a big rock, was super dry, the bacon was so greasy. Then when it came to the bill we had to walk up to the till and pay wheres the customer service !!!!

My daughter and I went to TGIs on a Friday evening for a catch-up over dinner. We were promptly greeted and seated upon arrival with our drinks order taken shortly afterwards. Although there was a 241 cocktail promotion available, we opted for two cokes. We ordered Chicken Strips and Calamari to start, followed by a messy cheese burger, Ultimate Burger, onion rings, and two dips for mains. The food was delicious. The Ultimate Burger was certainly that. After another Coke, the bill came to a little over £80 which was just about value for money. Delicious food and great company made for a very enjoyable experience.

Rude staff, food never arrived after waiting over an hour, ordered a beer and was not told that the barrel was out until my partner went to the bar to find out where our drinks were. My daughter's drink was dirty - which was changedOne gentleman was very helpful and tried his best but overall very unhappy with this restaurant

Food was cold and chips were definitely re-fried more than once.The table and menus were filthy and covered in sauce. Plus all the pages were stuck together.Only saving grace was our server Georgia. Who was attentive.Won’t be visiting again.
