Good place to hang out and have some drinks and relax. Excellent food menu. Place right on Boscombe Beach. Overlooking the Pier. Outdoor seating. Sandy beach with a long promenade. Good facilities nearby.

This complain is about the waitress lady named SAM and waitress guy named David, Yesterday I came to the beach with my two kids to play and to eat in Harvester , so we were so excited to eat and we were waiting for someone to be served and we almost waited for 20 mins in the till holding my little one on my hip because she was so hungry and tired of waiting for long , there were 4 persons on the till , but nobody paid attention to me but they served all the customers, they can clearly see me waiting but no they served who came after me and I was still waiting holding my little one and my other kid so hungry too , and after 25 mins one waitress asked me the table number I said that table hasn't got the number and I told him which location but still he didn't even try to come and help me to see the table number , all these time I was holding my little one and nobody showed any care to help me and then we selected a table number outside bcz they weren't ready to serve me until I say the table number,I have no idea that they got table numbers in there, i even told David I have no idea that u guys have a table number , at the end the one v reserve table number 203 has been taken by someone else , still I told them it's somebody has taken our table but give our food to the table which is behind the salad and the food hasn't come to our table it was going to 203 which that was not our table,I almost informed 3 of the waitress that we r sitting in this table but still that lady names sam she took our ice cream to the wrong table and I explained her ,this was the worst part ,she didn't really care and she jus kept my kids ice cream on a different table and she went , no apologize nothing , she didn't deliver the ice cream to my table and then I went and told them I got the dessert but i haven't got the main food and then Sam bought our food even though for the very late service not even a apologize, but I noticed SAM she was going to other tables and was asking is everything alright but nobody not even a single waitress paid attention to my table to ask anything. It was a pitch clear RACISM. I can clearly say that they were being racist to me. Especially the lady SAM and guy named DAVID. Very bad customer service very very bad .

Have used this Harvester regularly before for years. However the last couple of times we have been it's for breakfast. I have to say that the service has been shocking. The food arrived before drinks, the drinks when they did arrive were wrong, it took absolutely ages to order anything. And also ages for us to get our bill paid.It was almost like the staff completely ignored our presence. The worst part about it all is that it wasn't even busy. 75% of the tables were sat set and empty.Very disappointing

We were very impressed with the service. Although there were only 2 members of staff serving tables…they worked tirelessly to attend to what was a very busy lunchtime session. Special mention to Poppy who not only made sure everything was OK with our meal but was extremely helpful and good natured. Based on our experience we will definitely be returning and would recommend.Parking: Very convenient to The Neptune and the beach and although council run was good value

Travelled to Boscombe to have breakfast at the beach. The Harvester offered a huge breakfast and endless coffee for a reasonable price. The Host was friendly and welcoming to everyone. Ensuring we all were happy with the food and service. The table was cleared efficiently, so we could watch the brave people going for a new year swim.

My wife and I wanted a post Christmas walk by the sea and thought that we would start the day with breakfast at the Neptune,somewhere we have visited on many occasions.We both had the Classic cooked breakfast which was simply outstanding.Quickly served,hot and very well presented and great service and good value.We will be back very soon.

Table booked was 15 minutes lateWaited 1 hr between starters and mains main course was disgusting only ate mash and parsnips still had to pay full price. Wrong desserts brought twice mine was melted by time partner got hers choux bun pastry was burnt unable to get server to bring drinks had to go to bar and order ourself

We had a lovely experience at the Harvester. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I started to get a migraine so Mrs Christmas had some paracetamol. Father Christmas was in his booth waiting for the children to arrive, so I took the opportunity to ask for a photo of him with my puppy. Of course he did, how could you you resist. We regularly visit this Harvester with our dogs, have a lovely walk then a drink and some food. We have no complaints. To all of the staff we wish you a great Christmas.

This is the third year in a row we have done Breakfast with Santa every year the kids are so excited, Santa and Mrs Claus are so lovely. Breakfast is always tasty too. Highly recommend especially for the price.

The food was good, some of the staff were lovely, however the waiter Shaun lacks quality customer skills. He never smiled, or looked at us during the meal order interaction....appeared moody and short , and the same with another table of customer's.At the end of the meal the first waiter came over and asked "do you want to give a tip?" It felt pressuring and intimidating. In my opinion staff need customer service training
