I don’t understand how no matter what time of day you come and how short the queue is the service is SOOOOOOOOOO slow. The staff are in no rush at all. Come on guys service is painfully slow.

Lovely pizza... not such great service.We were sharing a pizza between 3. One of us has lactose intolerance and avoids cheese.I asked if we could have a third of the pizza without mozzarella... This seemed to cause some confusion.What I presumed was a fairly simple request was apparently considered by the chef 'impossible' as he was 'no good at maths'I'm left unsure whether the staff have a shocking inability to visualise basic fractions, or perhaps felt my request was in some other way unreasonable.Either way, they weren't exactly helpful or particularly friendly, which was a shame because it put a bit of a downer on the experience.

Up until a year ago the pizza was as close as you could get to an authentic Italian wood oven pizza, excellent with high quality ingredients. Very professional pizza chefs (pizzaioli) with so much knowledge and passion and also all members of staff in general. Today I was served a very low quality, over cooked on the outside and raw on the inside( as the dough was not left to rise properly) , extremely low quality topping ingredients and unfortunately also very rude customer service. The management is definitely not that of a year ago and it has gone completely woke, no professionalism and passion whatsoever. Of course this restaurant will continue to work because of its unique location right across the beach but if their policy remains the same do not expect an excellent pizza or customer service like in the past. Sad.

Shocking customer service, lots of chatting and empty hands when orders are outgoing.I can understand that they want a nice time but waiting 20 minutes for 2 mochas when there is no queue is shocking.Last week my friend asked for whipped cream for a hot chocolate and they said they didn’t have any. Whereas we’ve been coming for years.Lastly, it’s very obvious when staff are talking about us.

The pizza had barely any sauce at all and the topping on the meat lovers pizza was lacking and of poor quality. I have had good pizzas here years ago, but not today.

Nice pizza and setting but very expensive and very slow service. Short queue but ended up queing 15 mins for a drink. Service could be alot faster

The pizza was okay. It was a medium size pizza in a large box, so don't look at others with their boxes and believe that's what your going to get.The real reason for the 1 star is the staff trying to gaslight me. ?I had been given a buzzer to tell me when my pizza was ready. While sat away from the counter it started beeping, flashing and vibrating. So I headed over to the counter. While doing so a lady on the table next to me got up as her buzzer went off.we got to the counter at the same time, she held her buzzer up and called out her number and as they gave her her food a table of 3 people all and buzzers started buzzing. They all did as the lady did,waving buzzers and calling numbers. Now I know that he saw me arrive at the counter at the aame time as the lady. But he still served them first. I'm a laid back person and just waited, I think they ordered first anyway.Once everyone else had collected their food I showed my buzzer and told him my number. He told me that I must have been mistaken as so many buzzers went off close by. He knew that my buzzer was sound by mistake but choose to lie and gaslighted me instead of saying sorry.

Pizza was tasty, made on a fire wood with the generous amount of ingredients, with crispy edges. They have 8 options, but you can modify if needed. Lager Moretti and Singha and one Ale on the tap, with some bottle drinks. Outside seeting with view on the beach. Happy with this place, would recommend it.

Used to be fantastic. We’ve been twice recently and both times have been disappointing. The staff aren’t particularly friendly anymore, too interested talking to each other and seemed annoyed we wanted to order. The pizza dough has been really dense and not particularly edible. Finally, they no longer do a seafood pizza. It’s a pizza takeaway, situated on the beach about 25m from the sea - why on earth are you not selling a seafood pizza?!

We used to love heading here for a pizza, but were disappointed tonight. Whilst the portions, bases and service was good, there seems to have been a considerable drop in flavour from what we used to think of as “the best pizza in town”. I hope some of the spark comes back soon.

Absolutely terrible service. No queue no one sitting outside. Told would take over 30 mins to make some dough balls. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid.

We are regulars, down Boscome and look forward to the pizza and cider , friday eve went down and was greeted by can’t you read the big f ing sigh no food , then the chef with the neck tatoo started to get really gobby we filmed this incident , the foot is getting worse , so if you own this lovely little place please take action now !!!

Unfortunately this is ran by a complete set of dysfunctional unorganised and very Rude KIDS .. with absolutely no regards of the huge queues they allows to build up….along with there consistent bickering and very unprofessional behaviour towards there colleagues and Customers I think it would be very fair to say DONT BOTHER the wait and find somewhere else to spend your money … the food was not all that good after the wait … what a shame as it’s a great location
