Excellent Carvery, best around. Great refurbishment for added comfort and Carol and team do a first class professional job of service with a smile. Favourite place.

This evenings visit to Toby Carvery with our two children was great! The new decor has made the place a lot more inviting, and the food was fresh and tasted fab! We had a lovely waitress called Debbie (I think!), who was warm, welcoming, and friendly. Thank you! We will be back.

Always a pleasure eating here. Tom understood my dietary restrictions perfectly and was really helpful. He was patient and kind and able to help me understand what was and wasn’t safe for me, and select food that was safe for me to eat. A truly warm and welcoming team, and the food is lovely.

Lovely place well worth a visit if you’re looking for somewhere to eat. I’d recommend booking in advance as we didn’t get a table but did eat in the bar area where you don’t get waiter service. Did the job either way.Dietary restrictions: I’m a celiac and able to eat there just avoid anything containing gluten they can advise you.Parking: When parking make sure you tap your registration number on the computer by check in.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there you’ve got a mixed generation of people so there’s no problems if you have kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible plenty of disabled bays and bathroom and access good to the restaurant.

We sat in the bar area as the restaurant was full, the menus were covered in grime and looked like they had never been cleaned. 5 minutes after ordering our food at the bar a lady came over and said they didn't have any pasta meatballs which our child wanted so had to choose something else.... creating a huge problem for our pasta loving toddler! Our toddlers food then took ages to come out.We both had the carvery and were hugely disappointed. The sausages were hard and dry, the beef was full of fat and very chewy although the gammon was nice!Cauliflower cheese was very overdone, very watery and mushy! Everything was luke warm and tasteless.Staff not very welcoming or friendly.Such a shame as we were really looking forward to a toby carvery on our holiday as we don't have one close by where we live.Toby carvery Hinton was 100x better and we will return there on future holidays!
