It's a typical Starbucks. Staff are usually friendly and it's not usually so busy that you can't sit down.

I have been there 3 times and on 2 occasions i have pleasant experience but on 1 not so much, i was ignored for around 5 minutes despite the fact i was the only person in line and there was 5 members of staff but i have to say the quality of the latte was very good so i do recommended this shop, is clean and very conveniently

They don't accept cash! Coffee is okay. Staff are busy talking amongst themselves. Overall not a pleasant experience.

The food looked fine although, being a Starbucks, they had the usual menu. Bit too sugary for me.Huge plus is the pair of Instavolt chargers which worked well, as usual. Only moderately busy so I had room to unhitch, then charge, gulp down a latte whence it was time to hitch up and leave. Easy access but leaving in an Easterly direction requires patience. Fortunately for me there were several well mannered drivers who gave way.Highly recommended.

?does not accept cash ? recently visited this venue. Firstly it took ages to be served. They were cleaning. When I was served the lady couldn’t have looked anymore disinterested in me. Not that that really matters I don’t expect them to for minimum wage. However, I was told apparently cash is not accepted. Which is not acceptable. We are a sovereign country with a legal tender of cash. Not being able to use that within an establishment that receives tax breaks against our own local business’ is frankly not acceptable. The least your company can do is accept legal tender. Plus, there are no signs in the establishment to say no cash is taken. Which again I am guessing is a ploy to get you to order a drink and force you into paying by card because backing out of the transaction whilst having waited to be served for 7 minutes is unlikely. The next thing I paid full price for a drink they couldn’t actually made because they didn’t have the ingredients. I was offered syrup instead of the hazelnut crumble I was meant to have. No offer of anything. Syrup probably does not come anywhere near the amount of the crumble. But nothing offered there. I wanted my drink with marshmallows. No marshmallows!! The next thing was I was not called - so my drink was half cold by the time I collected it. They made no instigation to make sure I had it either or to call my name again even though there were three of them and no cue. Lastly the tables were dirty and scattered with empty cups. The amount I paid for the drink I quite frankly expect a lot lot better. This establishment falls vastly short of your brand ethos and actually has created a sour taste in my mouth which unfortunately will not be reduced to that store only but under the Starbucks brand. What I will be telling everybody is how awful Starbucks is, how they do not support UK residents and their lacklustre service and poor customer service. Very sad - from what is meant to be a premium brand. McDonald’s could have probably done it better!!

Twice I've been there and twice the service was non existant! The staff, there were plenty, don't even acknowledge you at the counter, no eye contact, nothing. Even if they are busy with someone on their headset, they should always make eye contact and acknowledge that they have seen you. I walked out. Probably would have got service if I misgendered someone!

Paid £10 for an eggnog latte and a hot chocolate. Prices are expensive and service was ok.
