Such a poor place, bloke today for lunchno customer service skills, acted like for every onion he put on my sub it was coming out of his wages. I asked for ochipotle sauce and bottle came to an end and he couldn’t be bothered toTop up and that was that, was given 3 tomatoes on a foot long and just generally tight portion sizes and huffing and puffing like it was all a chore. Dire!

One lad on his own, no customer service whatsoever. Went in around 330pm, took ages to serve the customers. Had almost ran out of bread. Only had one bottle of water, no other bottled drinks, only had 7up from the other drinks. Just awful service. Food was but messily wrapped and falling apart. Would not recommend this place.

Haven't been in a while but I popped in yesterday for two subs, new manager they have is very polite and was helpful. Shall return.

Don’t bother visiting this Subway.Popped in a few minutes ago.Member of staff asked me to wait a minute before being served due to completing some chores.I therefore waited a couple of minutes waiting.They finished what they were doing and then moved onto another chore !!!Waited a short while and then left after getting frustrated in waiting.What a disgusting way to treat a customer who’s waiting!! No one else waiting, just me, they weren’t busy but expected to wait beyond a reasonable time.I won’t visit this branch again. Very poor….Am I supposed to wait until ALL their duties are complete before he is willing to take my order?????

Just tried to get a few sandwiches for the family and when I went to the counter to order the person working there said that it was now closed !It was 15:50 and it says they close at 18:00

Absolutely ridiculous arrive half an hour before closing time and get turned away the guy said he has been working over time and is shut. Bad service need to change online hours if are unable to open in the times stated. Not the first time this has happened either.

came here at 5:05pm & they have put all the food away not serving people & closing up / cleaning behind the counter - DO NOT ADVERTISE CLOSING TIMES AT 6PM IF YOU CLOSE AND HOUR BEFORE!!

Arrived, 45-50 mins before closing, ignored by the guy working while he for filled a just eat order. Totally out of chicken and told then don't restock that close to closing which i find unbelievable. Can say I recommend this branch at all
